Overall dad is quite happy with his care, he likes it when he gets regular ones that he knows as he likes to have a chat and laugh with them. Most know his needs and tend to him well and few will go above and beyond.

The carers have been kind, respectful & helpful in looking after my dad. Nothing is too much trouble for them. When we had a crisis, the carer did an addiction call to he;p my dad and keep him comfortable. The manager of the service has been in constant contact and answers any changes required are seamlessly made.

I am very grateful to the lovely staff at Caremark who looked after my mum, at home for two and a half years after she became bedridden, with compassion and kindness. Outstanding convalescence support at home following hospital stay. Would recommend Caremark without hesitation and use their services again. The carer also accompanied me to and from hospital. She stayed several days, was fully trustworthy, a great cook and company, and gave me great peace of mind.

For several years, I’ve proudly been a part of the company, beginning my journey as a dedicated Care and Support Worker. My passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care quickly led to my promotion as a Field Care Supervisor, where I gained valuable experience in managing and supporting both clients and staff.

I have over four and a half years of experience as a dedicated care worker, along with a year of experience as a field care supervisor. Throughout this time, I have developed a strong passion for providing exceptional support, care, and guidance in the care industry.
My journey has allowed me to gain comprehensive skills in personal care, administering medications, creating individualised care plans, and offering support to both clients and their families.
