We started using Caremark (Welwyn and Hatfield) to provide care for my grandmother two weeks ago. Grandma is extremely happy with the support being provided, the carers are extremely friendly, professional and have been doing so well to encourage Grandma to help herself and supported her in tasks that she finds difficult. The office staff are also extremely helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this care company to anyone looking for home care.
We will be sure to share your positive feedback with the team.
I would highly recommend Caremark.
We are really pleased to hear that you are happy with the care delivered by Caremark to your dad .
It is really important to us that the people we support receive high-quality care at home and it is great to see that reflected in your review.
They have honestly given my father a new lease of life and enabled me to carry on with my life knowing he is in good hands.
Thank you for going the extra mile and doing exactly what it says on the can - Caring.
It is always great to hear such positive feedback from family members.
I will be sure to let the team know how pleased you are with the care your dad is receiving from us at Caremark.
They check on my brother every day and make sure he's taken his medication, eaten and is generally okay. They help with his cleaning and putting his weekly shopping away when it's delivered. Caremark really have gone above and beyond with my brother's care and I can't rate them highly enough. My brother is in his 30's and has a neurodegenerative brain disease which impacts his memory and motor skills amongst other things. He's stubborn, anxious and uncomfortable around people he doesn't know, but the staff at Caremark have been amazing with him and have really put him at ease. The fact that he's happy to see them each day speaks volumes.
To the management and all the staff at Caremark - thank you!

It is my first experience of using carers and they already feel like my own family. They not only give Mum the care and respect she deserves, they also support me emotionally and offer advice when needed. Also, the managing staff have been so supportive. Thank you for easing this very difficult time for both of us. I would highly recommend them.

I am a client who uses this service, my carers are kind and caring, some of the carers go above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable, relaxed and happy. The office staff are very helpful. I have recommended to close friends and will continue to do so.
I love my regular carers they go above and beyond for me. I really look forward to seeing them and I don’t know what I’d do without them. All office members are extremely helpful and they even come out to visit me when they can. Most of the team are like family to me.
The thing with Caremark is they truly care. The compassion and love they give is unmatchable.
Thank you for your kind words. We are here to help you.
What can I say about Caremark Welwyn and Hatfield? Unfortunately, there are not enough superlatives in the English language to do justice to express my undying gratitude to the loving and kind care that my mother is receiving from the team that are supporting her. My mother suffered a stroke and never regained normal speech or the ability to weight bear. I had a very poor and bad experience with a previous company, who convinced the doctor that she was aggressive (although I never experienced any aggressive or untoward behaviour. It was just "easy" for them to keep her drugged to the eyeballs and completely bed-bound with no dignity whatsoever. Thankfully, they were replaced with Caremark. For the first time in months, she enjoyed a proper shower, used a commode, wore clothing apart from nighties. She is hoisted to sit in her recliner chair to enjoy her garden and is treated with respect, dignity and kindness. Thank you Caremark - you are true heroes.
Hi Tracy, Thank you, for your kind words, we are here to help you. Many Thanks.
Caremark has been very responsive to my needs, my quality of life has improved as a result of joining Caremark, they match me with a carer that I am happy with and he is now my main carer, if I have any issues with the service, the care manager is always approachable and accessible. The carers that I have are first rate.
I have found Caremark to be extremely helpful as a family new to the care system and its complexities. They are flexible and the carers have all been good, and we have now built a strong relationship with our regular carer.
All the staff at Caremark, thank you so much to everyone involved in caring for my Mum, in the few weeks you were there to help her and me. Call in if you are this way, thank you all so much.

Meet the Team (6)
For several years, I’ve proudly been a part of the company, beginning my journey as a dedicated Care and Support Worker. My passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care quickly led to my promotion as a Field Care Supervisor, where I gained valuable experience in managing and supporting both clients and staff.
Now, as the Registered Care Manager, I oversee the daily operations, ensuring that our team delivers the highest standard of care to all our clients.
My career has always been driven by a genuine desire to improve the lives of those we support, and I am proud to lead a team that shares this commitment to making a meaningful impact in the community.
I have over four and a half years of experience as a dedicated care worker, along with a year of experience as a field care supervisor. Throughout this time, I have developed a strong passion for providing exceptional support, care, and guidance in the care industry.
My journey has allowed me to gain comprehensive skills in personal care, administering medications, creating individualised care plans, and offering support to both clients and their families.
My knowledge and hands-on experience equip me to uphold the highest standards of care and continually advocate for the well-being and dignity of individuals in need.
With years of experience in the domiciliary care sector, I have consistently demonstrated a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and supporting the well-being of clients in their homes.
Starting as a hands-on domiciliary care worker, I gained valuable experience in providing personal care, administering medication, and offering support, tailored to each client’s needs. My transition to a Field Care Supervisor role has allowed me to deepen my understanding of client care, enhance my leadership skills, and actively contribute to team development.
I excel at working collaboratively with colleagues and care workers to coordinate service delivery, manage client care plans, and oversee compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
I am currently working as a Care Coordinator, having joined Caremark in August 2022 as a Care Support Worker before being promoted in January 2023. With valuable experience in supporting individuals with Dementia, I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those I care for. I truly enjoy working at Caremark, where the supportive and collaborative environment among staff members enables us to deliver the best possible care.
I began my journey in care as a Care Worker in 2023, where I developed a strong passion for supporting others and building meaningful connections. In May 2025, I was proud to step into the role of Care Co-ordinator, bringing my hands-on experience into the office to help ensure the highest quality of care and support for both clients and staff. My goal is to create a positive, compassionate, and well-organised service that truly makes a difference.
