The service is good, I have a good bond with my regular carers. I feel uncomfortable sometimes with having two male carers but ok when there is one female and one male carer.
Overall the carers have been very good. On occasions l have found it difficult to understand some of the carers, this could be down to my deafness and the wearing of masks. On each visit, the carers have asked if there is anything else they can do to assist me. I would like to thank them for all the consideration they have given me.

Outstanding care provided by Caremark, our experience has been excellent for Dad and now Mum. They offer amazing communication, always one step ahead in offering support outside of care time too, completely committed to providing client and customer care, I would heartily recommend them to you... managers are all switched on to our needs and the carers have all been nothing short of caring - well done!

I like the fact that the office and I are in regular contact and feel that we have a 'partnership'.
If there is a problem I ring and they sort it quickly. Also, I like that somebody will ring me if the carer has concerns.
There were a few problems in the beginning but very quickly put right.
Mum looks forward to the carers' visits and they treat her with such respect and care.
It is also reassuring that Caremark will call a doctor very quickly if there is anything wrong.

The one thing that we would like to change is her morning call, carers don't arrive until about 9.30/10 which is late for getting up.
Mum hasn’t been this happy in ages, she still has her ups and downs but the ups certainly are more frequent when one member of staff and the care team are about. The difference in Mum is incredible since we changed care to Caremark.

Just wanted to say a member of staff from the care team did an amazing job yesterday when she came and took an assessment of my father. She’s very friendly, professional and thorough with her job. Any questions we wanted to ask she knew and gave us the best service. I would fully recommend her but also this is the best service from the company, I recommend to anyone.

Caremark has been fabulous in supporting my dad when he came out of the hospital after a fall. The staff are polite and cheerful and very helpful. They have helped my mum cope with all the changes to routine as well. I have especially appreciated the excellent communication between the office and myself. This is all very new to me, and they have been very helpful and reassuring.

When Mum broke her elbow, Caremark quickly arranged around the clock, 24-hour live-in care. The staff are always professional and friendly and always accommodate my requests. If your loved one needs a little help in their own home, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caremark.

They are very friendly and helpful souls. They greet you with a cheery hello when they come through your front door.
They always ask if you would like a cup of tea or coffee.
Nothing is too much trouble for them. They treat you with dignity and respect. They are someone who you can have a laugh and chat with, and most of the time they have a smile on their face too.
They will do whatever you ask of them within reason.
They have made my life so much more easier. It in turn has lifted my mood too. There is light at the end of the tunnel again thanks to their help.

This has been our family’s first experience of arranging care and the care coordinator was very helpful and reassuring in explaining options and putting things in place promptly for us. The carers are professional and caring and some, in particular, have gone the extra mile to understand my father’s preferences and to suggest additional ways they could help. They have done a great job helping him to get back to doing many things for himself and the service has been very flexible in adapting as his needs have changed.

We started with Caremark a couple of years ago when Mum came out of hospital needing evening care to help with medication and getting to bed. At the time she was independent through the night. Following another hospital admission, she now needs 24-hour care, which we mainly cover as a family but Caremark have been invaluable in providing nightcare several times a week. Mum was very anxious about having carers at all but with time and the consistency of the same carers who suit Mum, they have formed a bond with her (and us) and she is much happier. The carers we have obviously love their work and this shows in their treatment and care of Mum. The office staff are friendly, easy to contact (at any time) and when issues have arisen, they have been dealt with quickly. Overall, we have found Caremark to be flexible, reliable and most importantly we are happy to leave Mum in their care.

I found Caremark to be responsive wherever possible to any family needs/requests and answered calls day or night, seven days a week. In addition, the carers were very caring and took time to sit with my father and chat with him, while encouraging him to either get out of bed or wash some days.
I hope all families are fortunate enough to get such a caring and well-organised care support provider for their parents.

My grandad got to a point where he needed carers, and there's no other company that I would have gone with. Caremark has been amazing, from staff to management, they have been faultless from the moment Grandad came out of the hospital. All the carers have been so lovely, caring and professional. The management has been amazing from the start, answering any questions we have had and making sure everything was set up for Grandad. I would highly recommend Caremark Welwyn and Hatfield to anyone looking for care.

For several years, I’ve proudly been a part of the company, beginning my journey as a dedicated Care and Support Worker. My passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care quickly led to my promotion as a Field Care Supervisor, where I gained valuable experience in managing and supporting both clients and staff.
Now, as the Registered Care Manager, I oversee the daily operations, ensuring that our team delivers the highest standard of care to all our clients.
My career has always been driven by a genuine desire to improve the lives of those we support, and I am proud to lead a team that shares this commitment to making a meaningful impact in the community.
I have over four and a half years of experience as a dedicated care worker, along with a year of experience as a field care supervisor. Throughout this time, I have developed a strong passion for providing exceptional support, care, and guidance in the care industry.
My journey has allowed me to gain comprehensive skills in personal care, administering medications, creating individualised care plans, and offering support to both clients and their families.

With years of experience in the domiciliary care sector, I have consistently demonstrated a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and supporting the well-being of clients in their homes.
Starting as a hands-on domiciliary care worker, I gained valuable experience in providing personal care, administering medication, and offering support, tailored to each client’s needs.
