All of the carers that cared for my mum were amazing and treated her like a queen. They were always punctual and caring and even did some housework if they had time! When mum had a fall and they found her in the morning, they were very professional and compassionate and organised hospital support
immediately. I would recommend this company from the management to the lovely ladies that visited my mum. Thank you.

I cannot praise Durbia Healthcare high enough. They were very thorough with regard to all aspects of hygiene, my wife was totally bed-bound for most of the time that Durbia cared for her (about 18 months) and never had any skin issues, which was commented on by both district nurses and hospital staff.
As my wife's condition worsened, and more specialist equipment was needed, Durbia always made sure that a more than adequate number of staff were trained and available so that her total care was never in question. But also as important to us was the way that the carers genuinely cared!
Always in good spirits, always ready to do whatever my wife needed, and never rushed or impatient, these guys genuinely made my wife's final months much more bearable than would otherwise have been the case, and our whole family are very grateful for them.

Fabulous ongoing care provided by Durbia, providing care 4 times a day for my uncle. All the carers seem competent, compassionate and knowledgeable, with a good skill set. My uncle has no complaints about any of the staff, but has a particular affinity for his two regular carers that attend him. He
often says how nice they are and they are able to get him to eat and drink effectively, where I have failed.
Very happy with the excellent service provided so far.

Two wonderful ladies provided care for my terminally ill Mum. They were professional, kind, caring, compassionate and my mum also spoke very highly of them! I have no hesitation in recommending Durbia for the supply of care.......simply amazing.

I can not state HOW grateful I am to Durbia for their expert and GENUINE care of my father throughout the last year of his life and including his last moments of life. Living far from my father was greatly eased by the fact that I could see how sincere the care given by Durbia was and that my father
really was cared for and respected by the carers that Durbia provided. As his care needs increased, Durbia was able to increase their care and always kept me informed throughout it all.
As a GP I see a wide variety of care providers but I am so grateful that Durbia provided the care that was valued both by myself and my father. The local nurses also spoke highly of Durbia. Thank you so much.

Durbia are providing superb personal care for my elderly mother. Constant reassurance was needed. Mum is extremely independent and reluctant to accept help but can no longer manage her own personal care. Durbia have treated her with dignity and respect and created a friendly supportive relationship.
They are always on time and appreciate that mum needs more time in the mornings.


Durbia visit mum four times each day, seven days a week ensuring that not only is she clean and comfortable but has regular meals and the support she needs. Mum's home is kept tidy and her laundry is done. Without such great support, it would not have been possible for mum to remain in her own home. I am also pleased with the excellent communication between Durbia and myself as I often receive text messages advising mum's current condition or any possible issues as soon as they arise.
