SilverBirch is one of the best companies we have used and come across, they provide exceptional support, safeguarding and dignity, always putting Mum's needs first, ensuring if there are any changes with Mum, they are adaptable and always happy to have a chat and keep me well-informed. Pricing is very reasonable, communication is fantastic and the level of care is outstanding. Thank you again.

All help done with great care and you are made to feel most comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble and done with good humour and sensitivity. Most efficient and helpful. How you find such a nice set of people I just don't know.

SilverBirch Health Care was recommended to me by a friend. My parents had been diagnosed, one with Dementia and the other with Alzheimer's, and they were starting to lose the ability to look after themselves. I live between London and Cornwall and it was proving very difficult to juggle their care needs with work and travel. SilverBirch stepped in and took up the responsibility of caring for my parents, enabling me to move between London and Cornwall. I could not be happier with the care they give, the team around my parents are proactive, conscientious, friendly and professional. Always looking to improve the care they give whilst management is very proactive and advises on situations before they become issues. My parents live happily at home together, obviously, it's sad to see their decline, but I know the care they get is excellent.

What sums up the positive effect their care has had on my son's life is hearing how he howls with laughter in the carer's company.

On October 22nd 2021, I lost my beautiful Mum. I cannot express how much the staff from Silverbirch Healthcare helped me through. They became my everything. I worked full time and relied on them 100% to provide total care for my mum, who was at the end stages of Dementia. They all went above and beyond to care for her, their compassion towards her was above anything I had seen.. they were so patient and committed to giving her the highest standard of care. She was struggling to eat as she had lost interest, but they spent time with her and managed, albeit a few spoonfuls. They kept me informed at all times and recognised if she wasn’t herself. They made her comfortable at each visit and kept her skin clean and free from any sore areas. I can’t thank them all for what they did to provide total care for my mum, but also for the emotional support for me.

Silver Birch were our first encounter with the caring profession. They are a very caring and compassionate team who have cared for my mother with dignity and respect. They are friendly and go the extra mile to provide a top-quality service. Could not have asked for better.

Care staff couldn’t do enough for mum and always with respect and dignity. Fantastic contact with care staff via the managers, the mobizio app is great. I would wholly recommend the manager and her team, she was a great help when mum needed to move to a care home , offering advice and help from February thru to July .
