Most of the time I have a good experiance with my carers. you get the odd 1 that is not good. I usually just have 2 carers all the time unless there off. had a bad expiernce when my bathroom, clothes and me got flooded.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that your husband is receiving very good care and that he feels comfortable with our regular carers, building that trust is so important to us.We appreciate you highlighting the issue regarding new carers not...
A wonderful service. Well trained carers - all without exception, gentle, caring, good at what they do. Caring and patient with the service user. I have complete confidence in all they do - lovely people.
Thank you kindly for your feedback. We're delighted to hear that our carers are providing a caring and high-quality service. If there's anything more we can do to ensure all your care needs are fully met, please don't hesitate to let us know.
While the main purpose of care is being fulfilled, basic hygiene and food safety procedures often fall short. This is often due to infrequent staff rotaion, lack of communication with the client, and either a misunderstanding of, or a failure to read the briefs setting out the procedure of care for the client. It presents almost daily frustrations and continued dissapointment in the standard of care provided.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that you've found our carers efficient, friendly, and polite, and that they work well alongside your live-in carer.Good communication and punctuality are key to quality care, so it's great to know we're meeting your expectations. My husband has received very good care. Just the occasion where a new carer doesn't know where his tablets/meds are. As my husband has opened meds before these are now kept in the middle drawer in kitchen in a pinafore. Carers have been good with his sometimes being awkward.Carers who come regularly are trusted by my husband. He does not get on with male carers, so female carers are preferred as he doesn't feel threatened by female carers. Happy with his care.
All the carers are helpful and smiling and time for a chat. They try to keep to the same time every day. I have no complaints at all. My wife and I are happy with the service. Thank you.
Amazing carers!! Really take care of my sister and help her with everything! They treat her like family which I really love as my mum passed away nearly a year ago and they really help her and she is so looked after. Couldn't recommend them enough !!
I was a bit dubious about having carers in, as you hear so many horror stories, but I cannot fault the level of care my husband receives. All the staff are so lovely, he gets embarrassed as he needs pads, but they always reassure him that it's not a problem. They allow him to wash and dress, the bits he can do, and they step in and do the rest. They do not rush him, they tell him to take his time and ensure he has everything he needs before they leave. I would highly recommend this company.
A varied experience. Most care is good or very good but management is poor - for example, on some Sundays we have been completely ignored and no carer has arrived. Sometimes too, it seems that local carers are not employed for us and other Brightlingsea residents and sent off to other towns.
Recently we had a visit from a lady to question our experience on such a matter. We informed her that we were very satisfied.
I have found all my carers to be kind, helpful and respectful towards me.
We thank you for your review, our ethos is Compassion, dignity and respect, if by any chance this is lacking do not hesitate to let us know as we are continuously improving with your help.
Care Givers looked after my 98-year-old mum at home during February and March until her death on 27th March 2021. Their care was absolutely outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and every one of them went the extra mile, often staying back, unpaid, when Mum was suffering. They were always kind, patient and thoughtful, even when Mum had bad days and behaved badly. At the end, they provided 24-hour care, even though it appeared no one would pay for it. The carers deserve a special mention but they were all wonderful and amazing. I am so grateful.
I am badly disabled after being hit by a car which mounted the pavement. I could not live at home without carers who visit three times a day. The best thing is their caring and compassionate nature which brightens up my day. They encourage me all the time and I often feel very low. They do small tasks which make my life bearable, always willing to do anything which needs doing. My son lives in Leicester, three hours journey, and he feels happy that his mother is well cared for. Thank you.
The 2 regular carers were excellent and treated my wife with great care and understanding.
I recently got a carer for my Dad as I became too unwell to carry out his care myself. The carer sent is fantastic. She dots all i's and crosses all the t's. She leaves the home clean and tidy and communicates all needs with me. It is such a relief to know he is in such good, trusting and capable hands. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your wonderful and positive review, we aim to give the best possible care and ensure that our service users and family are satisfied and happy.
My carer has become like a new best friend. I really enjoy her daily visits and the wonderful care and companionship that she gives. I have been a nurse for my whole working career, and now I need caring for, I couldn't ask for a better carer. Thank you.
Care Givers have provided wonderful care for my father and completely transformed him. He is now clean and presentable, his clothes are washed and ironed and his home is now spotless. A marvellous company who really do care.
