Alina Homecare Ringwood provides home care and support services to adults living in their own homes in Alderholt, Ashley Heath, Bickton, Blashford, Burley, Fordingbridge, Hangersley, Highwood, Hungerford, Hyde, Ibsley, North & South Gorley, Mockbeggar, Ringwood, St Ives & Verwood.

Caring staff give individuals the care, attention, dignity and respect they need while ensuring personalised care and support is provided that meets the individual's wishes.

Services include personal care - assisting clients with personal hygiene including washing, bathing and incontinence, support with medication and help getting dressed and preparing meals.

Staff also offer respite care, rehabilitation care and can escort clients as they participate in social activities such as attending clubs and shopping trips.

Carers can also help clients with domestic duties such as cleaning, washing up and laundry.

Funding & Fees

We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.
The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Alina Care has been providing myself with one call a day for nearly two years due to my reduced mobility. All the carers are very happy, smiley and I always look forward to seeing them. Nothing is to much trouble, and they go above and beyond.

My wife, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, has been a client of Alina for over two years but, due to her increased disability and my age, she has had to go into residential care.
I cannot but praise the service we have had from Alina. Their Carers have always been courteous and friendly as they
looked after my wife and took an interest in my welfare as I catered day by day to her needs. I miss their visits now that my wife has gone into residential care. I note too that the local Management was always willing to adapt to any of my requests whenever possible. Alina is as their Carers would say “All good!”.

Alina provided a care service for my mother which included the difficult period of lockdown. They have always been extremely reliable and the carers professional, friendly and caring. Mum enjoyed their visits and support and never had a moan about any of them. It was always straight forward for me
to contact support staff if there were any queries and the whole experience was very smooth and professional.

The manager and her Alina team from Ringwood cared for our Mum for almost two years. Before this, Mum had the experience of five other care companies for herself and our late Dad. These varied from fair to good. Alina's care was outstanding. They were better because the entire team wanted to go the
extra mile. Little touches made each visit a pleasure for Mum; such as the unprompted addition of fruit to her squash, served in a wine glass, giving Mum the feeling she had a glamorous cocktail; impromptu sing -a -longs and taking/showing pictures of the flowers in her beloved garden. Jokes and banter were part of her care routine. Mum could be difficult but she loved her carers. We loved the fact that Alina involved us, had a "can do" and flexible attitude as care needs increased. Alina's care allowed Mum to stay at home, something she fervently wanted.
This is testament to the hard work put in by the entire team and for that, we are so grateful.

Caring, cheerful, helpful. We enjoy each visit. It is a good start to the day. The carers seem to have taken a happy pill. Same five really good and firm washing of the body and hair washing and shaving. good timekeeping. Could all carers offer shaving and hair washing?

I rang to enquire when the carer was due, as I finished dialling I heard the carer arrive, so I hung up to answer the door. Within seconds my call was returned - that's an impressive response! The lady on the phone was concerned, helpful and very understanding.
My mother's wellbeing has greatly improved
since Alina Homecare are visiting daily. Thank you.

After my initial email enquiry, I received a telephone call back within 20 minutes. I explained the requirements of 7 hours are (1 day) within a couple of days, 2 representatives from Alina came to the house, assessed Mum and put together a 'care plan'.
I received the care plan folder within a few
days - everything explained in a very professional manner.
On the day of care, the carer was punctual, listened to my advice - re food, etc..
On my return, the paperwork was completed, my mum was fine (she has Alzheimer's vascular dementia, so can be very unpredictable).
No problems. Excellent all round.
