Alina Homecare Ringwood

The manager and staff have gone above and beyond trying to sort live-in care for our mother. Unfortunately, it didn't work out as we hoped but not the fault of Alina or its staff and they will certainly be our go-to care provider if and when we require more help in the future.

The live-in carer that Alina Homecare Ringwood provided for us has been with my 98-year-old father for the past two months. She is an attentive and compassionate carer, has fitted into our family life very well and is great fun to be around. She has made all our lives easier, and I am confident in leaving my father in her care. One of the main reasons I chose Alina was their CQC accreditation and the care they take of their staff, as well as their clients. It has been reassuring to see first-hand the interaction between Alina's staff and the oversight that is in place. The manager and staff at Alina Homecare Ringwood have been extremely helpful and I have been impressed with their prompt response to any queries and concerns we have.

I can’t fault Alina Homecare - the manager and the team of carers were excellent and took great care of my mum until we sadly had to admit her to a care home. They always took the time to chat with my mum and dad and all of the carers were supportive and caring both to my parents and myself through a very difficult period. Thanks to all the team.

The carer went out of her way, and in her own time, to take my Mum down to our local Town Hall in her wheelchair, so that she could sign the Queen's book of Condolence. Very thoughtful and very caring. All of your care staff are completely reliable and very understanding of my Mum's needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alina at any time.

Carers are all very nice.

All staff were kind and caring and treated my parents with dignity and respect. As they were in attendance for over 3 years, many of the carers became like extended family. The company itself tried to facilitate our requirements and organised care promptly when my father was discharged from hospital.

Have made life easier for me. All carers are very helpful and well trained. Also very friendly and kind.

My uncle has visits from Alina to give him his medication. I often need to speak with Alina people about specific issues or problems and they are always responsive and super helpful. They are proactive in contacting me and I would say they often go beyond what I would expect in their support.

My mother has been under the care of Alina Ringwood since the middle of February 2021. Previously she was with another care provider that I was totally dissatisfied with. I cannot believe the difference in, not only the care she has been receiving but the attitude, helpfulness of the carers and staff at the Ringwood Office. It is like a totally different world. I no longer have to keep checking up to see what the carers have (or not) done and this has taken a great weight off my mind and shoulders. Even concerns about my mother's health are fed through to the office and they in turn either act on them or immediately phone me. This has been unheard of in the past and has made life easier for us both. When someone is 95 and has Dementia, you want to give them the best care possible. I certainly have found this with Alina Ringwood. Well done to them.

Alina Care has been providing myself with one call a day for nearly two years due to my reduced mobility. All the carers are very happy, smiley and I always look forward to seeing them. Nothing is to much trouble, and they go above and beyond.

I cannot but praise the service we have had from Alina. Their Carers have always been courteous and friendly as they looked after my wife and took an interest in my welfare as I catered day by day to her needs. I miss their visits now that my wife has gone into residential care. I note too that the local Management was always willing to adapt to any of my requests whenever possible. Alina is as their Carers would say “All good!”.

Alina provided a care service for my mother which included the difficult period of lockdown. They have always been extremely reliable and the carers professional, friendly and caring. Mum enjoyed their visits and support and never had a moan about any of them. It was always straight forward for me to contact support staff if there were any queries and the whole experience was very smooth and professional.

This is testament to the hard work put in by the entire team and for that, we are so grateful.

Caring, cheerful, helpful. We enjoy each visit. It is a good start to the day. The carers seem to have taken a happy pill. Same five really good and firm washing of the body and hair washing and shaving. good timekeeping. Could all carers offer shaving and hair washing?
