Services include personal care - assisting clients with personal hygiene including washing, bathing and incontinence, support with medication and help getting dressed and preparing meals.
Staff also offer respite care and rehabilitation care, and can escort clients to social activities such as clubs and shopping trips.
Carers can also help clients with domestic duties such as cleaning, washing up and laundry.

The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

After my initial email enquiry, I received a telephone call back within 20 minutes. I explained the requirements of 7 hours are (1 day) within a couple of days, 2 representatives from Alina came to the house, assessed Mum and put together a 'care plan'.

After my initial email enquiry, I received a telephone call back within 20 minutes. I explained the requirements of 7 hours are (1 day) within a couple of days, 2 representatives from Alina came to the house, assessed Mum and put together a 'care plan'. I received the care plan folder within a few days - everything explained in a very professional manner. On the day of care, the carer was punctual, listened to my advice - re food, etc.. On my return, the paperwork was completed, my mum was fine (she has Alzheimer's vascular dementia, so can be very unpredictable).

We are all as a family very happy with the quality of service provided. Consistent, caring and thorough. They will contact me if there are any issues, small or large, so we feel fully involved and up to date. Dad feels safe and looked after.
