I just wanted to say a big thank you to Sulem Care for helping me to have a very memorable holiday with my 6-year-old boy. I am originally from Liverpool but moved to South Africa 23 years ago. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Sulem Care for helping me to have a very memorable holiday with my 6-year-old boy. I am originally from Liverpool but moved to South Africa 23 years ago. In August I was visiting family and old friends for the 1st time in 4 yrs. Using an electric wheelchair with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, I do need basic care assistance whilst overseas. Sulem Care came to my rescue.
The decision to travel was last minute and I urgently needed somebody to assist in providing a bed bath, change of clothes and into my electric wheelchair daily so that I could enjoy the time with family. Sulem Care provided an excellent service – thank you!
Our holiday was a great success – every day I was clean, well dressed and ready to go and enjoy. Sulem Care's work was professional, effective and compliant for which I am very grateful. The customer care and human approach to my situation was very well accepted.
