My mother needed care in a real emergency. Thank god I came across Caremark. The carers were brilliant; tending to Mum's needs and helping her manage in the final few months of her life. They and the office team were better than I ever expected. They will always hold affection in my heart for everything they did.

Caremark (East Hertfordshire & Broxbourne) looked after my mother for a year, before she went into a care home. Throughout this time she was cared for with kind, friendly dignity and understanding. My mother looked forward to the carer's visits and always said that they were so kind and helpful.

I found that the staff were kind and sympathetic to me and my wife, especially to the care to my wife when she returned home from hospital and at the end they were as heartbroken as I was and the support I received afterwards was unbelievable and I won't forget.

My father-in-law was cared for by Caremark for nearly a year while he was on end of life care. He was in his mid-90s and had advancing dementia and became bed-bound. I can honestly say I would recommend this company to anyone requiring similar care. The staff are all kind, gentle, thoughtful and generally caring. At all times when they attended to him, they would talk to him and explain what they were doing and they were gentle while washing, changing, and feeding him. They would make suggestions regarding anything that might be done to help him and always kept in close contact with myself or his son regarding his welfare and needs. The staff were all good-natured and professional, happy to assist with anything to make his life comfortable during his care. My father-in-law passed away recently but I shall really miss the superb team who looked after him.

I only had Caremark provide my aunt's care in her final few months. I must say I was blown away by how fantastic the care assistants are. They are friendly, dedicated, professional and well trained. My aunt created a great affinity with them. Their understanding of dementia and end of life was great and certainly educated us as a family to support better during the times of day they weren't attending. I wish we had found Caremark sooner. Thank you to the whole team.

The amazing staff and Caremark (East Hertfordshire & Broxbourne) looked after my Dad after he had a stroke in 2019, which left him paralyzed down one side, until he moved into a care home in March 2021. Never having looked into the need for carers at home before, even from the initial meeting Caremark (East Hertfordshire & Broxbourne) put our minds completely at rest. We had to have several carer visits a day to help Mum with all Dad's personal care and also an overnight carer to sit with Dad. Every single one of the lovely carers were kind, gentle and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and when we needed to make alterations to timings or care needs, the office staff were just as approachable and considerate. We would absolutely recommend Caremark (East Hertfordshire & Broxbourne) without hesitation.

Caremark provided my mum with support, which went above my expectations. The process to get care started was straight forward, and the thorough assessment of my mum's need helped us as a family to know that my mum was in the best hands. The carers have been brilliant with my mum and built up an instantaneous relationship with her. There has been a dramatic improvement in her, and she is now eating and drinking much more, which was a big worry. All the staff are really caring and professional. Where we needed to increase her care visits, due to the family not being able to support her at other times, they were extremely quick to get this into place. I can't thank everyone from Caremark highly enough.

Caremark provided fantastic care to my mother. They helped her remain in her own home at a time when we were worried we’d have to look at putting her in a care home. This company is first class in every aspect, not only in the care provided but also on the administrative side. Throughout my dad's care, not only was he supported but we felt supported too. Any issues that we communicated to the office were always handled professionally and promptly. I can honestly say that I believe that this company and its personnel went beyond the normal expectations of care. The mobile app providing reports after each visit is invaluable. My dad certainly looked forward to his visits and his quality of life was greatly improved as a result.

This care agency has restored my faith in care, having tried a few other agencies in the past. The carers are truly caring and the team on the other side of the phone are always ready to help (especially during this worrying Covid crisis, where our whole family have been very worried for our father who lives alone). Dad had a fall at the start of the year which resulted in some lasting damage to his knee. Sadly dads knees have never fully recovered and he now requires help completing general daily activities (which were once very easy for him).

The Caremark office team were a delight to deal with. They promptly gave us all available options and were very transparent and understanding about all of our apprehensions.

Once the care started all of our fears were taken away. Dad was treated with the utmost care and dignity. Introduction of this team has meant myself and my sister can be comforted in knowing although dad is over 100 miles away he looked after by a great bunch.

They address all of our concerns and allow us to rest assured knowing that he is in good hands. A great team all round.

My sister and I were very pleased with the care, support and dignified attendance given to our father over the last year. This support came from the office staff and the carers who met our father's ever-changing needs until his recent death. The staff were joyful, positive and accommodating, respectful, gentle, kind and loving. Any issues that arose were heart and changes were made. Professional care was applied with a friendly demeanour.

He is so much happier and he loves each of his carers. Caremark has been life-changing for Dad and I am so relieved at the pressure it has taken off me as I was so worried.

It was by chance my daughter stumbled across this new provider and we are beyond happy with the high level of care provided by both manager and all of the carers. The team go above and beyond to ensure all our needs are met. In short we have nothing but praise. They are fantastic people.
