I am very happy with the care that I have received from this agency. The carers I have are very friendly and appreciative of my health issues. They are very efficient and think twice before expecting me to do that, which for me are difficult moments. I am quite happy to be left with them if my wife
pops out to the shops, for instance. I recommend this agency to anybody. The owner and carers can be trusted to give the care and support that is needed.

We spent a long time researching and trialing various local care providers to identify one that we felt had a real passion for care, where we did not feel like just another client and where we felt we could develop a real long term partnership. We have been using Crown senior care for nearly a year
and we have been consistently delighted with the level of focus and professional care that the team have provided my mother with her challenging Parkinsons condition. The team have slowly built up a empathetic and trusting relationship with my mother ( and my father as her primary carer), understanding her routines, needs and wants and gradually slotting in to provide an invaluable service of companionship and care multiple times a week. We are all delighted with the Crown team and so happy that we have made the best possible choice for the ongoing care and wellbeing of my mother, thank you.

I have been helped very much by having Crown Senior Care look after my husband for the last five months. I feel supported by them in helping me in my role of main carer for my him Once a day during the week and now two hours monthly on Saturday is a great help and relief that I am not on my own .To
be able to go out for those two hours is a blessing . I'm happy to leave them doing their job knowing that my husband is quite happy with them. I also benefit from having their experience in helping me with some aspects of caring. I have no problem in recommending Crown Senior Care to anyone who may be nervous about having Carers. The owner and the carers we have are all efficient and caring people. I am very happy with this agency .

We are grateful to the entire team for the exceptional care they gave our dad during his journey with dementia. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine warmth bought comfort not only to him but to our entire family.
A heartfelt thank you to owner/manager and field care supervisor, whose kindness
and dedication stood out every single day.
Even after our dad's passing the team have continued to support us with empathy and care. Their presence has made a difficult time a little easier, and will always remember the love they showed our family.

The whole team were caring and professional. My mother had great continuity which was extremely important as she had dementia. The staff also offered advice regarding my mother's mental and physical wellbeing. I would strongly recommend their care for your loved ones.

A very high, personal, and professional standard of care underpinned by kindness. The manager and her team go above and beyond- we couldn’t be without them. They are always quick to respond to queries and recently a situation where additional support was needed was dealt with promptly and professionally.

The owner, on-call staff, and the carers I have all found very professional, polite, and friendly, communication has always been exemplary, having the same carers is also important and makes my mum very comfortable knowing who is attending, always on time and happy to assist to make mums life easier.
I highly recommend Crown Senior Care as it also makes my life easier knowing Mum is being cared for at the highest level.

I have found all the staff to be patient, caring, and professional. Communication has been prompt and consistent. The continuity of carers, which is very important due to my mother-in-law's dementia has been excellent. On several occasions, the staff have remained with my mother when she has been agitated
until I can get there, even though this would have disrupted their schedules considerably. I am extremely grateful as I live 40 minutes away. It gives my husband and me peace of mind to know they are visiting.

The manager and her staff are always professional and contact me immediately if any problems arise. Mum enjoys their visits as she may not see anyone else during the day. It has made a difference and taken some of the pressure off me.

We have been using Crown Senior since Christmas 2021 and they have been excellent. Initially, we only wanted someone as a companion once a week but as time has gone on Mum has needed that little extra help and I’m pleased to say Crown have stepped up to the mark.
They have been helpful in taking on
extra visits and to any changes made by us at short notice. They provide a reliable and efficient service and tend to Mum's changing needs perfectly.
Mum has gone from being very reluctant to have anyone in her home to actually looking forward to their visits.

My carer is extremely helpful and happily does everything I ask her to do. She is very caring and cheerful and if she is unable to come at the expected time, she always let me know. She has been a great comfort and a wonderful support during my husband's last illness. She is always immaculate, dressed
appropriately and is very particular about hygiene, changing gloves with different tasks. I could not ask for better care.

Crown Senior Care carers have been caring for my elderly mother since September 2022, they are reliable, respectful and always willing to do whatever is required. They speak loud and clearly as my mother is hard of hearing which puts her at ease. Mum was very resistant to having carers but now enjoys
their visits. A huge help to her and the family. We had a bad experience with previous carers, Crown has been a breath of fresh air. Thank you to all the team.

The Crown Senior Care team have been caring for my uncle since October 2022 after his stroke. They provide an excellent service that is very professional and client-focused. They are adaptable to support the constant changes required to manage the care of an older person with multiple medical conditions.

The manager and care giver are fantastic. They really care about my mother and can’t do enough for her. Their ‘can do’ approach is about solving one problem at a time. They use their initiative and are flexible. I really value this approach as there are some situations that are just out of your control.
They are like an extended family and can’t rate them highly enough.

Our journey with Crown started two years ago, during that time, the service has maintained an exceptionally high standard from both the manager and the caregivers. Dad, who is 91 and has Dementia sees the same caregivers. They are punctual and respectful towards my dad, they understand the importance
of a routine and he enjoys their visits. Nothing is too much trouble, they are very approachable should circumstances change, and the level of communication with me is brilliant, which in turn, has also reduced my stress level as I live quite a distance from Dad. I highly recommend Crown Senior Care.

The strength of Crown Senior Care is the personal service and flexibility that goes with it. Direct contact with the manager, and genuine proactive care for the client which needed to be adapted following a fall. Every effort is made to get continuity with care staff dealing with clients, and that face-to-face
contact nicely mixes practical jobs to be done with interpersonal/social interaction which is equally important. Quite simply I could not have coped looking after my family member had it not been for Crown Senior Care.
