They were a great source of advice on all aspects of dealing with someone who may be exhibiting signs of dementia. Most of all there was a sense of comfort that my father was being looked after so well.

We are very happy with the service Crown Senior care provide my aunt. Due to a bad experience with a previous care company my Aunt was very paranoid and scared and the carers from Crown Senior care have been brilliant reassuring my aunt and giving her a kind and caring service. She now feels much more safe at home and has a great relationship with the carers who look after her. My friend, who is 96 and has dementia, has been using Crown Senior Care for several months now following a very unsatisfactory experience with her previous carers which left her anxious, untrusting and unhappy having 'strangers' in her house. The carers are all very caring and patient and my friend now feels happy with them in the house. She is no longer anxious. Having the same carers regularly is very important. Communication between the carers and myself is excellent. I was particularly impressed with having a WhatsApp group available to all of us. The care my friend is receiving has taken a lot of strain away from me too! I'm so glad I found Crown Senior Care. Thank you.

I am very happy with the care that I have received from this agency. The carers I have are very friendly and appreciative of my health issues. They are very efficient and think twice before expecting me to do that, which for me are difficult moments. I am quite happy to be left with them if my wife pops out to the shops, for instance. We spent a long time researching and trialing various local care providers to identify one that we felt had a real passion for care, where we did not feel like just another client and where we felt we could develop a real long term partnership. We have been using Crown senior care for nearly a year and we have been consistently delighted with the level of focus and professional care that the team have provided my mother with her challenging Parkinsons condition. The team have slowly built up a empathetic and trusting relationship with my mother ( and my father as her primary carer), understanding her routines, needs and wants and gradually slotting in to provide an invaluable service of companionship and care multiple times a week. We are all delighted with the Crown team and so happy that we have made the best possible choice for the ongoing care and wellbeing of my mother, thank you.

I have been helped very much by having Crown Senior Care look after my husband for the last five months. I feel supported by them in helping me in my role of main carer for my him Once a day during the week and now two hours monthly on Saturday is a great help and relief that I am not on my own .To be able to go out for those two hours is a blessing . I'm happy to leave them doing their job knowing that my husband is quite happy with them. I also benefit from having their experience in helping me with some aspects of caring. I have no problem in recommending Crown Senior Care to anyone who may be nervous about having Carers. The owner and the carers we have are all efficient and caring people.
