Excellent service and friendship.

This is a very efficient and professional care company, who really care about their clients. My Mum has dementia and can sometimes get confused and upset. The carers always reassured her and made sure she was ok before they left. I was always kept up to date about everything, and the company were good at suggesting strategies to help mum. I was very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Mum is now in a care home.

After extensive research, I opted for Crown Senior Care. This is my first experience with such care services. Their Home Care review/report, client testimonials, plus small company size contributed to my final decision. Every interaction has exceeded my expectations. They manage to navigate difficult aspects and give me regular compassionate realistic overviews. My mother's situation is complex, but nothing phases them. The extent of reassurance/peace of mind I now have of my mother's ongoing circumstances is unmatched. If only I'd found them years ago. They are truly caring, proactive, professional, going over and above what (I assume) a larger organisation might be less inclined to do. Both my mother and I benefit from their expertise and abilities. I could not recommend them more highly.

Very efficient service.

The owner and her team stepped in to help me when my mother needed urgent care and my brother needed support. She made all the assessments and first visits herself and we agreed on a care plan that I approved of - she was very collaborative, but also made excellent suggestions herself. She is very hands-on - providing personal care herself. When she felt she had fully assessed Mum's needs, she handed over to one of her team: between them, they ensured continuity of highly professional and very kind care - they were both wonderful. I cannot praise this company owner enough - she helped through an emotionally difficult period and continued to keep in touch afterwards. I can recommend her and her company with every confidence especially at such a very challenging time for the care sector. They always used PPE, they were always on time and let me know if they were even a few minutes late. I asked for continuity which can be difficult when visiting 3 times a week, but this was provided.

Since I signed up with Crown Senior Care to care for my partner, it’s given me a peace of mind as I would not be able to look after him on my own. They are very good with him, and it cheers him up knowing he can have a laugh and joke with his carers. They are all so friendly and always willing to help me with things. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

The company owner/manager has always gone far more than the extra mile and has appointed staff who reflect her pursuit of excellence. I cannot speak more highly of this company.

I am very pleased we found Crown Senior Care to look after my mother. Her carers have been all that one could wish for: professional, kind, and skilled in caring for fragile elderly people. They have provided emotional support for me as well as for my mother and they have been generous in sharing their expertise. I have learnt a lot from them in terms of practical care techniques which has made me more confident in attending to her needs when I am alone with her. Crown Senior Care is well run and the management team are very supportive and flexible. Both my mother and I are happy to have them caring for her.

I can't be with Mum all day but I know that she's well looked after and happy and if Mums happy then so am I.

Having experienced the results to my Mum from a brief period of post-Hospital care provided with no continuity of care staff, I was delighted to find an agency that really understands the value of my Mum, seeing the same people coming to help her. They get to know her personality and how best to handle everyday situations in a way that benefits Mum not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. I was impressed that they asked for a brief history of my Mum's life so that during their visits they can chat over things that my Mum still remembers and enjoys talking about. I feel my Mum is being cared for as a whole person rather than just her physical needs. This, in turn, makes me feel very supported in my aims for my Mum's quality of life, and in my role caring for Mum. I feel I have people I can trust.

I'm very happy with the service received, my caregivers are very good to me, they treat me with kindness and dignity. They cheer me up every day and also keep me and my house very tidy. Thank you for all the help you give me!

Mum has dementia so her mood shifts from day to day. Her carer is able to meet Mum where she is today, always with consideration and a sense of humour. She responds to what Mum is willing to do, while also being firm when needed. She's also knowledgeable and able to give us any tips, like what cream to buy. She always has a cheery word with Dad as well and helps with small jobs that make life that little bit easier.

My friend's carer is very attentive and professional in her conduct. She is helpful with queries and knowledgeable in all aspects of her profession. She is reliable and I would recommend her highly as well as the agency.

On the 12th September 2018, the lady who is now my carer visited me to introduce herself. Prior to starting her visits to discuss the various kind of help and care I need - help to set up and get to the bathroom to wash, shave and shower, then to dress and assist me in setting my calliper comfortably in my left leg and an ankle support on my right. After that, she sees me safely take the stair lift downstairs to my recliner chair. I have found my carer to be very caring and patient. We laugh a lot but I am always treated with dignity and respect. Before leaving she always has a chat with my wife about my problems or any condition that may need attention.

Our carer is very kind and supportive. She is proactive in encouraging my mother to exercise. She is respectful when carrying out bathing duties and treats my mother with dignity. She is sincere with her encouragement and a shoulder to cry on when it all gets too much for us both. I would highly recommend out carer and the company.

I would definitely recommend Crown Senior Care to all my friends and to people that need help and advice and they don't know where to turn.
