Crown Senior Care is a private care agency, owned by Adina Ursu, who had a life-changing care experience in 2010 and decided to become a care giver. Since then she worked for some of the leading care agencies in the area as a care worker and then as a team leader, care coordinator, management.

Care workers are DBS checked and qualified to deliver a high-quality care and support.

Having been my mum's main Carer for some length of time I was looking for the support of a care provider with the same values and interest in keeping mum well looked after, safe, happy and content, in the familiar surroundings of the home she loves, as her need of support increases.
I am optimistic
to have found it in the knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated service of this company.
It is important that the care visits mum receives but due to Alzheimer's has no recall of, leave her with good feelings.
Mum's care is given with engagement, reassurance, humour and time for mum to process what is being asked of her.
There is also much appreciated, communication/discussion with me to adapt approaches and bring about best results in areas of support when required.
Person-centred care should be the cornerstone of any care provision but is of increased pertinence when supporting a person with dementia.
Crown Senior Care understand and provide this in their service.

I'm very happy with the service received, my caregivers are very good to me, they treat me with kindness and dignity. They cheer me up every day and also keep me and my house very tidy. Thank you for all the help you give me!

Mum has dementia so her mood shifts from day to day. Her carer is able to meet Mum where she is today, always with consideration and a sense of humour. She responds to what Mum is willing to do, while also being firm when needed. She's also knowledgeable and able to give us any tips, like what cream
to buy. She always has a cheery word with Dad as well and helps with small jobs that make life that little bit easier.

A difficult time has been made easier with the care and support my mother has received.
Caring for someone with dementia is challenging. However, our carer has shown kindness and firmness when needed. She has maintained a professional approach but feels like she is a family friend. This has really
helped my mother as she will not easily accept assistance.
Overall, very happy with the care received.

My friend's carer is very attentive and professional in her conduct. She is helpful with queries and knowledgeable in all aspects of her profession. She is reliable and I would recommend her highly as well as the agency.

On the 12th September 2018, the lady who is now my carer visited me to introduce herself. Prior to starting her visits to discuss the various kind of help and care I need - help to set up and get to the bathroom to wash, shave and shower, then to dress and assist me in setting my calliper comfortably
in my left leg and an ankle support on my right. After that, she sees me safely take the stair lift downstairs to my recliner chair. I have found my carer to be very caring and patient. We laugh a lot but I am always treated with dignity and respect. Before leaving she always has a chat with my wife about my problems or any condition that may need attention.

Our carer is very kind and supportive. She is proactive in encouraging my mother to exercise. She is respectful when carrying out bathing duties and treats my mother with dignity. She is sincere with her encouragement and a shoulder to cry on when it all gets too much for us both. I would highly recommend

I have recently had a hysterectomy surgery and still recovering. The Manager of Crown Senior Care had come out to see me in the same day and explained everything to me, advised me with all the options available to help my recovery and care. She was very helpful and I found her very knowledgeable and
kind. I don't know what I would have done without her help.
I would definitely recommend Crown Senior Care to all my friends and to people that need help and advice and they don't know where to turn.
