The whole team were caring and professional. My mother had great continuity which was extremely important as she had dementia. The staff also offered advice regarding my mother's mental and physical wellbeing. I would strongly recommend their care for your loved ones.

A very high, personal, and professional standard of care underpinned by kindness. The manager and her team go above and beyond- we couldn’t be without them. They are always quick to respond to queries and recently a situation where additional support was needed was dealt with promptly and professionally.

The owner, on-call staff, and the carers I have all found very professional, polite, and friendly, communication has always been exemplary, having the same carers is also important and makes my mum very comfortable knowing who is attending, always on time and happy to assist to make mums life easier. I have found all the staff to be patient, caring, and professional. Communication has been prompt and consistent. The continuity of carers, which is very important due to my mother-in-law's dementia has been excellent. On several occasions, the staff have remained with my mother when she has been agitated until I can get there, even though this would have disrupted their schedules considerably. I am extremely grateful as I live 40 minutes away. It gives my husband and me peace of mind to know they are visiting.

The manager and her staff are always professional and contact me immediately if any problems arise. Mum enjoys their visits as she may not see anyone else during the day. It has made a difference and taken some of the pressure off me.

Mum has gone from being very reluctant to have anyone in her home to actually looking forward to their visits.

My carer is extremely helpful and happily does everything I ask her to do. She is very caring and cheerful and if she is unable to come at the expected time, she always let me know. She has been a great comfort and a wonderful support during my husband's last illness. She is always immaculate, dressed appropriately and is very particular about hygiene, changing gloves with different tasks. I could not ask for better care.

Crown Senior Care carers have been caring for my elderly mother since September 2022, they are reliable, respectful and always willing to do whatever is required. They speak loud and clearly as my mother is hard of hearing which puts her at ease. Mum was very resistant to having carers but now enjoys their visits. A huge help to her and the family. The Crown Senior Care team have been caring for my uncle since October 2022 after his stroke. They provide an excellent service that is very professional and client-focused. They are adaptable to support the constant changes required to manage the care of an older person with multiple medical conditions.

The manager and care giver are fantastic. They really care about my mother and can’t do enough for her. Their ‘can do’ approach is about solving one problem at a time. They use their initiative and are flexible. I really value this approach as there are some situations that are just out of your control. They are like an extended family and can’t rate them highly enough.

Our journey with Crown started two years ago, during that time, the service has maintained an exceptionally high standard from both the manager and the caregivers. Dad, who is 91 and has Dementia sees the same caregivers. They are punctual and respectful towards my dad, they understand the importance of a routine and he enjoys their visits. Nothing is too much trouble, they are very approachable should circumstances change, and the level of communication with me is brilliant, which in turn, has also reduced my stress level as I live quite a distance from Dad. I highly recommend Crown Senior Care.

The strength of Crown Senior Care is the personal service and flexibility that goes with it. Direct contact with the manager, and genuine proactive care for the client which needed to be adapted following a fall. Every effort is made to get continuity with care staff dealing with clients, and that face-to-face contact nicely mixes practical jobs to be done with interpersonal/social interaction which is equally important. Quite simply I could not have coped looking after my family member had it not been for Crown Senior Care.

I have just started using Crown Senior Care in November 2021 for my mother and have found them to be very efficient, well run, kind and caring; they have excellent timekeeping, and they made a follow-up call after the first week to see how my mum was getting on and was we happy with everything and to tell us if they were happy with everything as well.

I would recommend Crown Senior Care because they are well organised, punctual and consistent. They took the effort to match carers with me I would get on well with and in the whole year I have used them for, I have had the same 2 carers, apart from when they were on leave. A refreshing change from the previous agency who would send new people a lot.

So pleased we chose Crown Senior Care to take care of my mother's needs. She is 95 and very frail, the manager stepped in and organised the help needed. The carer has been washing/bathing and dressing Mum for the last month, she is only young but oh so patient. Whenever I have needed extra help or needed to change times there has never been a problem. I can highly recommend this company. Five-star rating from me and Mum.

Since the carers from Crown Senior care have been visiting my mother on a regular basis she seems happier. She loves dogs and often they would bring their dogs to her with prior arrangement. That makes her look forward to them coming. She even has treats by her to welcome them.
