Every client receives a face to face assessment with a trained care assessor and from this a bespoke, comprehensive person-centred care plan will be produced along with risk assessments.

Every client receives a Care Co-ordinator whose role it is to liaise with the carers involved in the clients care and make continual ongoing assessments keeping the client and family fully informed and involved with decisions. Their care staff come from all across the world, predominately from Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.
