The carers are always polite, helpful, and caring, they notice things and report back and mum loves having them there. The company are extremely flexible and helpful if we need to reorganise things or book extra care.

We have used Linmar Care to support us with my mothers care at home with her deteriorating health due to vascular dementia. We have managed to keep Mum Covid free to date, which has been miraculous and reflects the diligence and careful approach to Mums medical/physical needs by the Linmar Care staff. They treat Mum as an individual, dignifying her as a person, which shows sincerity, kindness and reflects the ethos of the company.

I have been cared for once daily since December 2019. It allows us to have a purpose to live life as near to normal as possible. As well as personal care, the conversations help keep our minds active and the loneliness at bay. My wife appreciates the visits in the morning to allow her to organise the running of the home; she cares for me 24/7.

At the start of putting your carers in place, Mum found this hard to accept, but over the past 1 and a half years with their kindness, support and dignity she has come to looking forward to their visits and has overcome being alone and still able to live in her own home with your support and the family.
