We've been using Passion Homecare for the last year. Staff are considerate to my relative and always show up on time. Their team is led strongly by management who communicate well with family & the GP on behalf of clients. It gives us piece of mind knowing mother in law is caringly tended to.

We've been using Passion Home Care for more than three years and we honestly could not survive without them! They are so reliable, always on time and every single staff member has their own relationship with my mother in law and even my family. They are so understanding with quick last minute changes and they are so organised! I can't imagine looking after my mother in law without them. They go above and beyond to establish that rapport with my mother in law, she trusts them blindly and we know that she's in the best hands!

My father in law continues to receive outstanding care from Passion home care. He receives 4 visits per day and all the carers he has are excellent. Very caring and respectful and really do their best to look after him. We are very grateful for the way they look after him, a wonderful team of people

Overall excellent service. Carers look after mum so well and are so kind and lovely with her. There is the odd issue/problem that arises but the supervisor/area coordinator is always quick to respond and resolve. I would highly recommend
