Passion Homecare offer the highest standard of care that I have ever received or witnessed.For two years I have received care four times daily. Care staff exemplify the definition of TLC--tender loving care. They are friendly, respectful. observant. They notice any changes in my condition as they give
thorough wash or shower. They remind me when it is time to order medication or supplies. They pick up prescription medication when nobody else can.They go the extra mile when needed, assisting ambulance crew when needed.They are good=humoured, and we enjoy lots of laughter.
The company is well organised and managed. Staff are well trained and monitored. Someone comes several times a year to observe that standards do not deteriorate and to liaise with clients and/or family members for their feedback,
I was astonished with the high quality of care when Passion Care first came to me; I still feel very lucky to have landed in their care. Passion Homecare should be proud of themselves.

Mum has 2 carers 4 times a day.
Mum has moved in with me therefore I am present when her carers come.
Mum calls her carers "my lovely ladies" which speaks for itself.
Mum tells all her visitors she doesn't know what she would do without her lovely ladies.
They always wear uniforms, look clean
& tidy and are always smiling.
Mums carers are always on time, are always polite & respectful but more importantly, they treat my Mum with the dignity she deserves.
Office staff are polite, friendly helpful, knowledgeable and are always prepared to help if needed.
I would highly recommend Passion Home Care Manchester.

To put the review in perspective can I first say that I and my family have over 70 years combined in public service in the Police and health service.
We have been in debt to the care team for over two years for the service and care they have given to our father. Dad struggles with his daily life and
as time has passed he has needed increased support and help to allow him to remain in his home.
The team are caring and extremely patient in their care for him and have a patience that far exceeds my own.
They are incredibly professional in what they do and completely trustworthy in being allowed into the home maintaining its cleanliness and security.
Punctuality for appointments is always complied with even when under pressure from other commitments.
Life can be difficult with a parent needing support and they never deviate from their supportive approach to our needs. On many occasions we have had to request changes to schedules and always been accommodated

Dad was supported by Passion since they set up in Huddersfield, until his death last week. The carers were professional, with a cheery and chatty approach, going above and beyond with personal care, happy to undertake other tasks to help keep everything at home on track. We saw the same faces week in
week out and Dad had a great relationship with them, interested in their personal lives, they became part of the family and I will miss seeing them every day. Communication was good, leaving written messages, or phoning as necessary, they offered advice and support on how to address Dads complex needs and happy to extend their support as Dad deteriorated. They were involved in muti agency meetings to discuss changing requirements providing valuable insight into health symptoms to ensure we knew how best to keep Dad comfortable. I will be forever grateful for the care given to Dad and the support provided to me as carer especially in recent months. Thank you and sending my love to you all.

My brother is expertly cared for by kind and professional staff who are always cheerful and efficient. My brother's needs are all met, the apartment is kept clean and all tasks are done to the highest level. When my brother presses his call button, the carers respond quickly. Although my brother's situation
is not ideal, his living arrangements have never been so good before. He is happier in himself and we have confidence in the system and staff.
