Communication was good, leaving written messages, or phoning as necessary, they offered advice and support on how to address Dads complex needs and happy to extend their support as Dad deteriorated. They were involved in muti agency meetings to discuss changing requirements providing valuable insight into health symptoms to ensure we knew how best to keep Dad comfortable. I will be forever grateful for the care given to Dad and the support provided to me as carer especially in recent months. Thank you and sending my love to you all.
