To put the review in perspective can I first say that I and my family have over 70 years combined in public service in the Police and health service.
We have been in debt to the care team for over two years for the service and care they have given to our father. Dad struggles with his daily life and

as time has passed he has needed increased support and help to allow him to remain in his home.
The team are caring and extremely patient in their care for him and have a patience that far exceeds my own.
They are incredibly professional in what they do and completely trustworthy in being allowed into the home maintaining its cleanliness and security.
Punctuality for appointments is always complied with even when under pressure from other commitments.
Life can be difficult with a parent needing support and they never deviate from their supportive approach to our needs. On many occasions we have had to request changes to schedules and always been accommodated

My dad is cared for by Passion homecare. They do a fantastic job looking after him, they are kind, professional people. My dad was very anxious about having carers but now looks forward to them coming and wouldn't have any others but Passion.

My father in law continues to receive outstanding care from Passion home care. He receives 4 visits per day and all the carers he has are excellent. Very caring and respectful and really do their best to look after him. We are very grateful for the way they look after him, a wonderful team of people

I have been cleaning and doing laundry for your client for a number of years now.
The carers who have been looking after my friend on a daily basis have been exceptional.

I can't praise Passion Home Care enough. The carers are obviously well-trained and show great empathy when supporting my brother who has Multiple Sclerosis. The team go the extra mile in all aspects of care, the level of care goes well beyond a business arrangement and my brother looks forward to his
house visits. I would highly recommended Passion Home Care if you want the best for your loved one.

The care and treatment of Passion Home Care has been highly professional and caring. All the carers are fantastic very helpful pleasant to talk to and they clean up after themselves and are always on time. When they are finished they always ask if is there anything else they can do for me. Only last
year I had these terrible headaches they phoned the ambulance for me I saw a doctor at the hospital, I saw the surgeon after they discovered that I had a double bleed on the brain and he said if the carers hadn't phoned the ambulance when they did I would be dead by now. The surgeon said to me that this has been a miracle of god that I can walk, talk and speak. All I can say is that this care company is the best on the market. I have worked in the caring profession myself, so I know what I am talking about, have worked for the NHS nursing homes and hospitals I reckon this is the best company in the country.

When my mom came home from care home, I was very anxious about the care service. Passion Care has been absolutely fantastic from day one for my mom. Very professional, very caring, and most importantly, they follow everything to perfection. From giving my mom showers to ensuring she is well and reporting
to doctors and district nurses when necessary, they handle it all. I can't thank them enough for such amazing care. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Passion Home Care started to care for Mum in October 2023, within a few days it was apparent we had made the right decision to change carers. The management team had listened to my mum's needs and the carers delivered a first-class, caring, professional, knowledgeable service. Never late, or shortened
visits. It felt like your friends were visiting. We felt happy leaving Mum in their care, especially when we were unable to visit. Passion helped keep Mum living at home with dignity in her final months. Thank you so much.
