Passion Care are a wonderful company. The carers who look after our son are lovely caring people. They are always cheerful and nice to be around. They listen to us as parents and act on anything we may ask them about our son's care and wellbeing. They keep his flat spotless. Thomas our son is very well
cared for and he is happy. This means the world to us for peace of mind. The management staff are very good too.

My brother is expertly cared for by kind and professional staff who are always cheerful and efficient. My brother's needs are all met, the apartment is kept clean and all tasks are done to the highest level. When my brother presses his call button, the carers respond quickly. Although my brother's situation
is not ideal, his living arrangements have never been so good before. He is happier in himself and we have confidence in the system and staff.

It is very early days but my son has settled in well and enjoys the care he receives. He likes all the staff.

The staff are caring and on and to help when needed. My son is very challenging and don't judge, they have built a relationship with both me and my son. Especially one member of staff in particular, she's my first point of call when needing support. Overall we are happy with the care and support given.
