Thank you for your feedback. We aim to provide the best care for your dad given the following. 1. No washing powder and other resources. We bought them with our money. 2. The client shouting, name calling carers regularly. The client was assessed for 24 hours, taken to 2 care homes, and was discharged due to challenging behaviour. 3. Client asking carers to prepare meals when there is nothing to use. Carers collected food parcels from food banks. 4. Client unsafely self-discharged with no aftercare plan, we did our best to make him safe at home. 5. Sons cooking their meals between calls and not washing, leaving this to carers. 6. You complained of missing your pack of tobacco, we offered to pay, and you declined. Recently your brother said he left his teeth braces in your dad's room, later found them crushed. I promised to investigate and come back to him the same day. A few minutes later you rang me demanding payment of £90 and I said I wanted to talk to the carers first.
