Passion Home Care started to care for Mum in October 2023, within a few days it was apparent we had made the right decision to change carers. The management team had listened to my mum's needs and the carers delivered a first-class, caring, professional, knowledgeable service. Never late, or shortened
visits. It felt like your friends were visiting. We felt happy leaving Mum in their care, especially when we were unable to visit. Passion helped keep Mum living at home with dignity in her final months. Thank you so much.

The Passion Home Care company were appointed by the council to provide my home care early in January 2024.
Since then I have been extremely happy with their services. The care, kindness and friendly approach has been praiseworthy.
Above all their punctuality is most impressive. The local management
team have appreciated my desire to attend church on Sundays and have made the necessary arrangements to facilitate this.
I give them a mark of A+.

I knew from day one that Passion Home Care were the best carers for me. I'm blind and disabled, following multiple strokes when I was 41, so I had to put complete trust in my carers. I can now say that I am delighted with the care I receive.
All the carers are so kind and friendly and nothing is too
much trouble for them. I trust them all completely and I couldn't be happier with Passion Home Care.

As a family, we are absolutely delighted with the care my father receives every day from his wonderful care team. We are beyond grateful for the efforts and dedication of the carers who tend to his every need with every single visit. We cannot fault a single thing and have never had even one issue in
all his months of care.
Quite simply, his care team are angels. We are fortunate to have met them and they are genuinely lovely people. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you do.

My dad is very happy with his care as am I, keep up the excellent service, they are on time and look after all my dad’s needs above and beyond, they are always talking to him, very clean and always give me a ring if they need anything or leave a note on the kitchen door to get for my dad.

I would highly recommend Passion Home Care Manchester company to everyone, is an outstanding care company that actually cares and goes above and beyond so that best care is delivered. I’ve been using the service for my son since May 2023 and never disappointed especially managers and all staff members
are super nice, lovely, kind, polite and friendly. All staff members turn up on time and stay longer for the duration if required. The manager is very positive in nature, respectful, polite, helpful, caters needs and wants and super quick response on every occasion. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart to the manager and all staff members providing services to my son’s care plan. I’m so grateful and blessed to have you all in my life.

I cannot praise Passion Care highly enough. All the staff from the carers to the administration staff have been marvellous.
Everyone has worked so hard and well together to ensure that the best possible outcomes are achieved. And by working with myself and the team we have achieved an awful lot.
I
have a complicated medical condition. However, despite this, and due to the hard work of the team, I have been able to have the best care and remain as well as possible throughout my time with Passion Home Care.
This has been achieved by their willingness to work together and learn in order to implement a care plan that works best for me. Therefore keeping me as well as possible and reducing my admissions into hospital.
I cannot thank the company enough. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing care.

It is evident that all staff at Passion Home Care Manchester actually care! All staff are polite, kind, friendly and patient. They are always impeccably dressed in clean uniforms, maintaining exemplary hygiene in all the tasks they undertake (proven by the fact that I have a reduced immunity/susceptibility
to infections, yet have remained well over the past year). I have no family, yet staff from Passion Home Care Manchester have become my 'family' with pets, and friends accepting them as such. Frequently, staff do tasks that they see need doing, above those I have identified for the visit. Indeed, they have attended training sessions on my complex health conditions during their days off to enhance the care that they had already been providing. I have a team of five carers who I've got to know well. They always come at the appointed times, which have been pre-arranged by me. They always arrive on time and never rush off when the tasks have been completed, making them extremely dependable.

My sister and I are so impressed with the care that is provided for our father. Dad has mainly the same carer for nearly all his visits. His carer has shown such compassion and understanding to Dad, which has enabled Dad to stay in his home. Passion Homecare is a care company we would highly recommend.

We have had care companies spread over 10 years, looking after both my in-laws and my mother. They were all hit and miss, ie not turning up on time or not at all, not particularly clean and not staying for the duration. After a fall last October, my mother required 2 carers and 4 visits a day, but her
regular company couldn't accommodate her.
Step in Passion Home Care Manchester Care and its manager, this is an outstanding care company that actually cares and goes over and beyond the call of duty. They are all spotlessly clean, always on time, stay longer if required, phone me if needed, call the doctors if required and that is just for starters.
In my mother's last few days, the care and compassion shown have made it much more comfortable for our family to deal with our loss. I thoroughly recommend Passion Care and its manager wants the absolute best care for her clients.

There has been a marked difference in the before and after for the better. All the carers have been professional and polite. Our family have said to the carers they're now part of our family and are all welcome. We have also said if they are unhappy with anything or would like to comment on something
feel free to do so. The family noticed that sometimes my dad did not understand what was being asked of him or questions. Found resolution. Drop the face mask to the chin so he can see the mouth's movement. This simple observation has helped. We hope that all the carers like coming to help Dad as he looks forward to seeing them. I personally feel they have saved my dad's life. Thanks to all involved in my dad's care plan.

All the carers are always friendly and polite. They take care of my 96-year-old mother's everyday needs and treat her with respect and dignity. They are invariably on time but on the rare occasions they are delayed they ring ahead to advise.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this care provider
and all the staff that work for them. I have never had any problems at all.

Palliative care for my husband enabled him to remain at home in his final days. The carers were very kind and caring and always made my husband feel relaxed and comfortable. A couple of the carers felt more like friends after over 2 months of caregiving.

Passion Home Care team came to support my terminally ill mother to remain at home during her illness. The whole team were amazing so kind, caring and professional. I can not thank them enough for enabling us to grant my mother her last wish to stay at home until the end. Their support was invaluable.
