The Passion Home Care Team were superb and treated my Mother with dignity and were always respectful. I could not ask for better care for my Mother who was not always the easiest of persons to treat in her latter days.

I can't praise Passion Home Care enough. The carers are obviously well-trained and show great empathy when supporting my brother who has Multiple Sclerosis. The team go the extra mile in all aspects of care, the level of care goes well beyond a business arrangement and my brother looks forward to his house visits. I would highly recommended Passion Home Care if you want the best for your loved one.

The care and treatment of Passion Home Care has been highly professional and caring. All the carers are fantastic very helpful pleasant to talk to and they clean up after themselves and are always on time. When they are finished they always ask if is there anything else they can do for me. Only last year I had these terrible headaches they phoned the ambulance for me I saw a doctor at the hospital, I saw the surgeon after they discovered that I had a double bleed on the brain and he said if the carers hadn't phoned the ambulance when they did I would be dead by now. The surgeon said to me that this has been a miracle of god that I can walk, talk and speak. All I can say is that this care company is the best on the market. I have worked in the caring profession myself, so I know what I am talking about, have worked for the NHS nursing homes and hospitals I reckon this is the best company in the country.

Additionally, anything that you request them, they ensure they do it without fail!

Passion Home Care started to care for Mum in October 2023, within a few days it was apparent we had made the right decision to change carers. The management team had listened to my mum's needs and the carers delivered a first-class, caring, professional, knowledgeable service. Never late, or shortened visits. It felt like your friends were visiting. We felt happy leaving Mum in their care, especially when we were unable to visit. Passion helped keep Mum living at home with dignity in her final months. It is evident that all staff at Passion Home Care Manchester actually care! All staff are polite, kind, friendly and patient. They are always impeccably dressed in clean uniforms, maintaining exemplary hygiene in all the tasks they undertake (proven by the fact that I have a reduced immunity/susceptibility to infections, yet have remained well over the past year). I have no family, yet staff from Passion Home Care Manchester have become my 'family' with pets, and friends accepting them as such. Frequently, staff do tasks that they see need doing, above those I have identified for the visit. Indeed, they have attended training sessions on my complex health conditions during their days off to enhance the care that they had already been providing. I have a team of five carers who I've got to know well. They always come at the appointed times, which have been pre-arranged by me. They always arrive on time and never rush off when the tasks have been completed, making them extremely dependable.

My sister and I are so impressed with the care that is provided for our father. Dad has mainly the same carer for nearly all his visits. His carer has shown such compassion and understanding to Dad, which has enabled Dad to stay in his home. Passion Homecare is a care company we would highly recommend.

In my mother's last few days, the care and compassion shown have made it much more comfortable for our family to deal with our loss. I thoroughly recommend Passion Care and its manager wants the absolute best care for her clients.

There has been a marked difference in the before and after for the better. All the carers have been professional and polite. Our family have said to the carers they're now part of our family and are all welcome. We have also said if they are unhappy with anything or would like to comment on something feel free to do so. The family noticed that sometimes my dad did not understand what was being asked of him or questions. Found resolution. Drop the face mask to the chin so he can see the mouth's movement. This simple observation has helped. We hope that all the carers like coming to help Dad as he looks forward to seeing them. I personally feel they have saved my dad's life. Thanks to all involved in my dad's care plan.
