Staff are selected that have strong empathy skills and good past care experience. Potential candidates are fully CRB and reference checked, before undertaking intensive training.

The staff are kind, caring and friendly to both the client and other members of the household. They are courteous and respectful of dignity and are punctual and reliable. Management is professional and easy to contact. We could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them.

Following an 8-week hospital admission, our Dad returned home unable to stand or walk without considerable help and equipment.
Previously he had been independent with a lot of domestic support. We were anxious about care agency input as we had managed Dad's care needs ourselves.
The agency have been
excellent visiting Dad 4 times a day. He reports that the staff are very good and importantly he likes them. To date, he has been well cared for and the agency staff keep us well informed of any changes.

The ladies who are looking after my Aunt are excellent. They treat her with respect. They are always cheerful and positive. My Aunt is not always easy and likes things done her way. The ladies understand this and try their utmost to care for her in a way that keeps her happy. I can't thank them enough.

As a new client to this company, I have found the carers to be a refreshing change from my previous provider. The atmosphere in the house when they arrive is light and happy. They greet me in a friendly manner and ask about my welfare. They are happy to do anything I ask and even do tasks that they
feel need doing without me asking, ie sorting laundry. They arrive on time.
