Always keep me up to date and informed of any issues. I found all the care staff friendly and efficient considering the client is not the easiest person to care for and can be quite challenging. They deal with her in a calm and professional manner.
Very friendly and competent staff who seem to genuinely care about the welfare of the customers in the charge. Always helpful and accommodating office support staff provide accurate and thorough communication.
