Same carer for 18 months - with approximately 30 - 40 carers to assist her. Never informed about changes to times etc. Sometimes appear 1 hour early or 1 hour late. No messages! The office from which they work never contact. If we lose our main carer we would look for another provider.
I am very happy with the company. The office keeps me informed if there are any changes that would affect me. The two people who are my carers are very nice and are very respectful towards me and take time to listen to me if I need to tell them of anything to do with my illnesses.
Very good. Staff brilliant.
The carers are absolutely brilliant and have given me support, encouragement and most importantly empathy, help and good consistency due to working a four/three rota which is helpful to me, the carers and my family.
Happy with service. Good carers and good communication from everyone at Lotus.
Improvements would be getting more exact time for visits. Carers wiping down surfaces after shower.
