The Great Care Company recently helped my father through a very difficult time when many other care companies would not. From my first phone call to them, (they were recommended to me), I found them to be very professional and accommodating, and they ensured they kept us informed at every stage. The care they provided Dad was excellent and to a very high standard. I highly recommend them.

We work in partnership with the care company to help my father remain in his own home during these difficult times - the office staff are always available to chat to and offer/alter any arrangements as required. The carers and all staff provide an outstanding service.

I can not thank them enough - this is not just a job they do it’s a vocation.

The ladies in the office have also been very helpful. When I needed to increase the care package, it only took a short call to the manager and things happened. Suffice to say that this isn't the case with every organisation I'm dealing with - so having someone who listens and gets things done makes all the difference.

The carers that visit my parents have hearts of gold and will always give as much as they can. They are true professionals that approach every situation with calmness and compassion. Without the support that we receive from The Great Care Company keeping Mum safe would be so much harder. They have endless amounts of patience and good humour. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home care.

Before leaving the care home (22 months postoperative) I made enquiries about a care company to choose as I had had a bad experience in my previous care and my mother's too. I gathered that I should look no further than The Great Care Company and after a preliminary interview as to my requests and concerns, I signed the contract. There was a 14 day cooling-off period after commencement of the contract and I can truthfully say that within a few days I could honestly report that the team of carers are truly exceptional and the humour and exemplary care has given me two hours of pleasure in what otherwise would be a pretty depressing scenario as locked in with minimal, but improving mobility and a host of other medical problems. The carers both young and more senior make my day and we laugh, discuss a plethora of subjects and genuinely enjoy each others company. So if that is what you need in your care then these are the ladies for you. They may be more expensive but you get what you paid for!

They have also offered help to me and my wife in the current coronavirus epidemic.

The Great Care Company are providing a 5-star service for my stepfather. We cannot fault the service that they are providing, especially that during the current epidemic. They have gone the "extra mile" and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to engage carers.

The company is very easy to be in touch with and if there is a problem this is sorted straight away.

The carers that come in to see my neighbour have been great. They are so friendly to him, and nothing is ever too much. He can be a difficult character at times, but they really have him figured out and always get him laughing, which is nice to see since his wife died last year. Really - they are brilliant

My mother has now had home carers for the nearly twelve months and I have nothing but praise for the company. Previous to changing, my brother, sister, and myself were very concerned that mum was struggling to look after herself in her own home and yet she desperately wanted to stay. The new carers have made this possible and she has improved markedly under their excellent care. With the presence of COVID-19 the fact that she is still in her own home gives us all extra peace of mind.

My mum is visited three times a week by the carers from The Great Care Company. They are very caring towards her and I am more than happy with their visits as they care for her in a way that I would care for her myself and wish for her to be cared for. They are very caring but at the same time are very professional, but also they have a laugh with her and chat with her which she loves.

The Great Care Company has been a service provider for my Aunt for a number of years now and I have never had any cause to complain. The carers have a good relationship with my Aunt and have always been professional and caring. Communication with carers, managers and myself is excellent and I am confident that my Aunt is well cared for.

We have used The Great Care Company for some time to aid with my fathers daily care. All of the staff have been fantastic, the care given first class. The day to day care is followed up, and extra help offered when needed.

Carers are very reliable, respectful and compassionate, with many becoming friends with Mum over the past couple of years. The company shows real concern for the wellbeing of its clients and is always willing to go the extra mile whenever it is needed.

I would highly recommend The Great Care Company to anybody who is looking for care for an elderly relative. They have been going to my mum for several months and the difference in mum is unbelievable. The girls that look after mum always go above and beyond to make sure mum is cared for. They will do anything mum asks of them. They treat her like family and she absolutely loves the company and somebody to talk to. These girls deserve a medal and are doing a fantastic job and we want to thank them all from the bottom of our hearts you make our lives so much easier.
