Keeping them at home is our priority and The Great Care Company have made that possible. My siblings and I are so grateful for the service provided and the communication between management and us is excellent. They work with the whole family, not just the clients.

I would highly recommend anyone to use this service. From the start of the process, everything was carried out extremely professionally, the visits prior to the care being implemented was friendly and supportive for my Mother and every part of the care package tailored to her needs. When the carers came, from day 1 they were very friendly and put my Mother at ease, they talked to her and explained everything they were going to do from getting her undressed, showered etc checking all the while she was comfortable and never rushed in any way. They prepared her meals, again checking her requirements and even sat with ensuring she didn't need any help during meal times. With regards to the timings of the visits, I can honestly say the carers were always on time and always turned up. They were very respectful in the home, always leaving things very tidy and even washed up any dishes. The reports written by the carers following every visit were very comprehensive.

I have found The Great Care Company staff and management personnel very understanding and supportive, not only in the care given by the carer staff but also to the relatives of the client, ensuring a positive and comforting environment for all concerned. I cannot rate the service given highly enough - a thoroughly deserved well done to all. Please keep this service up.

We are immensely grateful for the care my uncle received from the Great Care Company. For over two years not a single day has passed without a visit and we have never had to worry about whether someone would turn up. All the staff have been exceptionally caring and professional doing everything they possibly could to assist. All the staff are great. They always visit my Aunt on time and she loves them. I've been there many times in the past when the carers have arrived, always so friendly and happy to be there. My Aunty loves seeing them, she couldn't be without them now.

We have been using The Great Care Company since its services began and our experience has been totally positive. They provide wonderful carers for my 91-year-old mother both am and pm. Mum is always elated to see them. The service they provide is exceptional and even if an issue arises after the carer has gone, they will organise someone to return - usually within 15-30 mins. I live a long way from my mother and I cannot praise the staff enough for their caring and professional approach. The peace of mind this gives me was enhanced when during a call mum was taken poorly. I was kept informed throughout, carer stayed with my mother and another even sorted care out for her dog when she had to go into hospital. Would highly recommend this company.
