We are immensely grateful for the care my uncle received from the Great Care Company. For over two years not a single day has passed without a visit and we have never had to worry about whether someone would turn up. All the staff have been exceptionally caring and professional doing everything they possibly could to assist. They have provided the highest possible standard of care which enabled him to stay in the comfort of his own home for so much longer than would otherwise have been the case. We could not have asked for anything more, all of which very much exceeded our expectations. All the staff are great. They always visit my Aunt on time and she loves them. I've been there many times in the past when the carers have arrived, always so friendly and happy to be there. My Aunty loves seeing them, she couldn't be without them now.

We have been using The Great Care Company since its services began and our experience has been totally positive. They provide wonderful carers for my 91-year-old mother both am and pm. Mum is always elated to see them. The service they provide is exceptional and even if an issue arises after the carer has gone, they will organise someone to return - usually within 15-30 mins. I live a long way from my mother and I cannot praise the staff enough for their caring and professional approach. The peace of mind this gives me was enhanced when during a call mum was taken poorly. I was kept informed throughout, carer stayed with my mother and another even sorted care out for her dog when she had to go into hospital. Would highly recommend this company.

I'm really impressed to be honest. I would love to see my folks more but it's hard with me living away, so it is good to know that they have a professional company visiting them.
