The Great Care Company is proud to provide high-quality homecare and support services that keep clients safe, cared for and happy in the comfort of their own home.

Their bespoke service is individual and personalised for all clients so they can ensure that the caring, carefully selected and fully trained staff deliver service to a client’s preference.

They provide home visits from 1hour to 24hours a day so care never feels rushed whether it’s a friendly face to call by for a social visit or perhaps more complex support with personal care or dementia care they can help.

Their extensive service portfolio also includes other popular services offering greater peace of mind such as Live-In or Night Care services.

At The Great Care Company, they take time to match carers to clients based on personality and interest. Once they have personalised care plan finalised they like to ensure a meet and greet with staff happens prior to care services beginning so clients are comfortable and ready for their first visit to be delivered on time and from a friendly face.

Staff don’t wear uniforms but have a dress code with ID badges ensuring they do not bring unnecessary attention to clients. When living so far away from family, it is hard to keep up to date with how they are and how they are managing. This is why it is so useful to have a company like this go in and provide support. My husband has dementia, and this is the first time I have had anyone in to help him. The two carers I have had so far are lovely and so kind and caring. Makes such a difference to know that I can have a couple of hours out and know that my husband is in good hands.

The Great Care Company have been helping with my mum's care needs for the last few years. Mum has Alzheimer's and mobility issues and as her care needs have changed the staff at The Great Care Company have adapted what they have provided to us. These last few weeks when my mum has been very poorly they've
rallied round which has allowed us to keep caring for my mum at home instead of her having to go into medical respite. This has been invaluable to us and all the staff have been very helpful in getting us up to speed on things to try to keep Mum the safest and happiest we can. I feel like it's a friend walking through the door every time a carer arrives. I can't recommend this company enough they have been amazing.

We know what it takes to provide really good quality care, having experience within the sector for quite a few years ourselves, and The Great Care Company do a really very good job.
The staff are very good, the management is also very good and there is definitely a focus upon quality and person-centred

Angela has over 20 years of experience in care and is a vital part of our leadership team. Her wealth of knowledge and compassionate approach ensure clients and staff alike feel supported, valued, and respected. Angela is dedicated to delivering high standards of care while building strong, trusting relationships with families.


Alongside her management role, Angela is a driving force in our Extra Mile Scheme, helping to deliver over 1,800 hours of free care and support to clients who need that little bit more. From providing a reassuring hand in emergencies to organising thoughtful surprises and meaningful moments, Angela is committed to going beyond the expected to bring comfort, joy, and reassurance to clients and their loved ones.


Outside of work, Angela is a keen rugby player and enjoys travelling, which reflects her energetic and adventurous spirit. Her passion for teamwork and her positive outlook inspire those around her, making her not only an experienced professional but also a caring role model within our team.
