We have had an excellent experience with The Great Care Company. All the carers and managers are polite, caring and kind. It got to a stage where my Aunt really needed some support at home and we heard good things about this company. Everyone there goes above expectations and really does care. They are really professional and have helped our family immensely. We really appreciate it.

In my line of work, I have come across a number of care providers, and I would comfortably say that The Great Care Company are one of the best I have seen. Their team from top to bottom are so caring. My friend had support with them for some time before she sadly passed away. She required a lot of support, but the carers and management were always happy to go above and beyond for her, doing lots of extra things for her such as her shopping, keeping her company and collecting medications. They even provided free visits for some extra companionship for her which was welcomed. They were amazing throughout the whole pandemic too, keeping everyone informed and keeping everything going.

The care service has exceeded our expectations, and my sister could not be happier. The carers who visit her are very friendly and are empathetic. It is wonderful to see her remain at home, where she wants to be. It has been such a hard year, and we are lucky to have The Great Care Company lighten the load and make everything that much easier for us.

When living so far away from family, it is hard to keep up to date with how they are and how they are managing. This is why it is so useful to have a company like this go in and provide support. My cousin has had help from The Great Care Company for some time now, and they do a wonderful job. We understand that they are caring and considerate, and very respectful. We would certainly recommend them.

Everyone does such a marvellous job, and it is a job that I certainly couldn't do. The patience and constant positive attitude of all are really inspiring. Great company with friendly and professional staff.

My husband has dementia, and this is the first time I have had anyone in to help him. The two carers I have had so far are lovely and so kind and caring. Makes such a difference to know that I can have a couple of hours out and know that my husband is in good hands.

The Great Care Company have been helping with my mum's care needs for the last few years. Mum has Alzheimer's and mobility issues and as her care needs have changed the staff at The Great Care Company have adapted what they have provided to us. These last few weeks when my mum has been very poorly they've rallied round which has allowed us to keep caring for my mum at home instead of her having to go into medical respite. This has been invaluable to us and all the staff have been very helpful in getting us up to speed on things to try to keep Mum the safest and happiest we can. I feel like it's a friend walking through the door every time a carer arrives. I can't recommend this company enough they have been amazing.

We are all very pleased with the quality of care from The Great Care Company. The staff are reliable, friendly and good fun. Everything is well organised and the team are very dedicated. We trust them so much and they never let us down.

You really couldn't ask for a better company to provide home care. It isn't easy receiving care, it can be quite worrying, however the staff at the Great Care Company do a marvellous job. They are very kind, caring and considerate, and they put your mind at ease. Nothing is too much trouble. You'd be very lucky if you become a customer of theirs.

The staff are very good, the management is also very good and there is definitely a focus upon quality and person-centred care. Different carers generally have different abilities, but there is a lot of consistency and good staff here.
