The staff that have cared for my husband have always been very caring and respected my husband's needs. They chat with him and laugh with him when they can and always make sure he is comfortable when they leave. My husband is happy in the care of the staff along with myself and they have all been very
caring to his needs.

Have used the service for the last three months and found them very caring and a good listener too. When any new carer starts with the company, always willing to do anything when providing help in the home with cleaning or making beds.

Exclusive Care Services has been with my daughter for five months. They have provided an excellent care service and have actually gone beyond providing the daily care but also helped with her activities of daily living. They ensure she is in a clean state of health and her emotional health is always
considered.

Since the agency have been involved in my son's care, I feel it is the best care he has experienced from an agency.
All carers involved with my son show commitment to my child and have made me feel comfortable around them as well.
Their involvement with my son has made an impact on him and he is
happy to correspond and be around them as well.
He enjoys being with them, which makes me happy.

Job Title: Registered Care Manager Joined: 2025

Denise has over 20 years of experience in the care sector working in private care before her journey started as a community Care Assistant in 2012.


Denise moved into the office in June 2014 as a Filed Care Supervisor then in 2015 changed direction and became a Care Coordinator. In 2017 started as the Registered Care Manager and held that position for 7 years.


Denise joined Exclusive Care Services in January 2025.


She holds her Level 3 and Level 5 in health and social care and always wants to provide outstanding care that is person centred. Being able to support those who wish to remain in their own homes is an honour and she could think of doing anything else in her career.
Denise is driven to succeed and make a difference to peoples lives.

Daniel is a highly organised and dedicated professional with a passion for efficiency and teamwork. His journey in the domiciliary care sector began as an Admin Assistant, and through hard work and commitment, he progressed to my current role as an Office Manager.
