Nothing is ever too much trouble from the office staff, carers and management.

Sandra K (Wife of Client)
The cost of care depends on the type of support you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short daily visits to full 24-hour Live-in Care. For those with more complex needs, we can also arrange for two carers to attend at the same time.
Live-in Care is often a cost-effective alternative to moving into a care home, while still allowing you to enjoy independence in the comfort of your own home. Costs for Live-in Care may vary depending on the level of support required, but unlike many providers, our fees remain consistent wherever you live across the South of England.
All our services are tailored to you. Our fees always include a personalised care plan, designed around your needs, preferences, and budget. We keep this plan under regular review, so your care adapts as your circumstances change.
We aim to make arranging care simple and stress-free. From your very first call, your local team will guide you step by step to design a care package that works for you.
Your home. Your care. Your choice.
These prices are only a guideline, please contact Third Hand Care to find out the exact price for your requirements.

Thank you for your positive review with regards to time, you will notice that we put up a range of + or - 15 taking into account any traffic delays and like you rightly say at times this can go over but if this is happening consistently usually we will pick it up at the office and make sure the carers keep as close as possible to the agreed times. Our management team will be in touch to make sure there is an improvement in keeping within the time range.
Thank you for giving us such a positive review and for raising your concerns which I by now you will have been contacted directly by our management team apologising for this anomaly and allaying how we are going to make sure that this is sorted and what we are doing to make sure it will not happen again. Your feedback can only help to improve our service, making it safer for both our service users and staff.
