I am sorry that sometimes the carer may change to the planned schedule, this happens when we have had a short notice absence. We do try to ring clients to make them aware of any changes, however, sometimes it's not always possible. My brother sourced Radfield. He was impressed with the management team who were extremely helpful. They were able to pick up after the emergency team left us.
Since
They have all been polite, caring, and respectful to mum. She enjoys their visits immensely and looks forward to chatting with them.
I have nothing but praise for our lovely ladies. Having been a "Care Bear" myself in care homes and private homes I know how hard a job this is. They are always cheerful, always ready to chat and mum thinks of them as family.
She's happy, so we are happy and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else who needs help. They have certainly made our lives easier and much less stressful.

We use a digital care planning system, where care staff update their care notes on their phone or iPad whilst visiting your dad. I'm glad it helps being able to access your dad's care notes to see how he is doing on a daily basis, technology really is a wonderful thing!
We regularly review the quality of care notes and provide feedback and training to any staff where we feel they could improve. We also regularly audit our staff timekeeping and attendance and will address any issues identified promptly. We use a digital system, the care plan and tasks are accessed by care professionals via their smartphone whilst delivering care and support.
This ensures they can access an up-to-date, person-centred care plan tailored to meet every client's individual needs and wishes. Care professionals do update and document the tasks completed at each care (very briefly). This is something that is done for all of our clients at every care call and forms an important part of care delivery, to ensure care is delivered safely and as per your wishes.

Jackie has also managed a Sheltered Housing Scheme for a number of years providing independent living, care and support to older residents and this experience has driven her ambition and inspiration to provide an outstanding care and support service to older people in their own homes.
Jackie, also a wonderful mum to her two sons Tom and Sam, has always had a passion for making a difference to people’s lives.
