Mum has been receiving care at home for around 4 months now. It has taken a while for her routine of carers to settle in. This is partly due to mum's needs changing and the covid situation at present. We did have a few concerns about the time taken to update the notes on the app and calls overrunning, however, we have worked with management to make things easier for the carers to stick to time and condense tasks. Mum really likes all the girls who care for her and they have built up a good relationship. I personally find management really accommodating, especially since mum's medication constantly changes. The staff are completely professional, reliable and always are available to help. The most important thing is mum is very happy with the care that Radfield provides.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our care service, it is much appreciated. I am pleased that you and your mum are happy with our care service and that you have found our team to be flexible and accommodating. It's our pleasure to be able to support your mum and it's wonderful to hear...
I was recommended by a friend regarding the care services provided by Radfield for her father. I gave them a ring and arranged very easily the care I required initially for my mother, who was finding it difficult to take care of her personal needs during the morning and dinnertime. Mum and I have easily slipped into the care given over the last 8 weeks and although Mum is slowly recuperating her good recovery has allowed us to flex the care provided to only mornings for the future. Really happy with the consistency of care and ease of communication with the administrators of the service, thank you.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, it is much appreciated. I am pleased you and your mum are happy with our care service and that you have both found the process flexible and easy to change when needed. Thanks again for taking the time to feedback on our service, I will ensure it is shared with the rest of the team.
This has been a good experience on the whole for both my father and myself. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been very helpful with any queries that I have had. My father appears to be very happy with the service on the whole. He seems to think that sometimes the Carer does not stay very long and often says that they spend lots of time on their ipads rather than talking to him, particularly the men. He says the women are far more chatty and caring. I don't know how true this is. I find the app very useful indeed as I can check how my father is each morning before I ring him. I must say that the female carers are much more informative than the male ones with their notes. As I live 3 hours drive away these notes are extremely valuable to me to inform me of his state of health and mind as otherwise, I have to take his word for it which is increasingly difficult as he often gets very confused.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our care services, it is much appreciated. I am pleased that you and your dad are happy with our service, it's our pleasure to be able to assist. We use a digital care planning system, where care staff update their care notes on their phone or iPad whilst...
The staff are all exceptionally friendly and have formed a great rapport with my Mum (the service user) and my Dad too.
Although the main reason for use is to assist with personal care/hygiene, small things the staff do while they’re here such as making the bed and bringing washing downstairs goes a long way to making my Dad's life easier as a primary carer.
It was a hard decision choosing a home care provider as we obviously wanted the best company to help care for my Mum, and we continue to be confident we made the right decision in choosing Radfield.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our care service, it is much appreciated. With very best wishes.

First class service with excellent staff.
Thank you for your very kind review; we appreciate it very much. Best wishes.
I think it's excellent that since lockdown they have the correct personal protection.
We use a digital system, the care plan and tasks are accessed by care professionals via their smartphone whilst delivering care and support.
This ensures they can access an up-to-date,...
My Mother can be difficult as she does not always understand the challenges of the modern world or of running a care system and especially in these times - but my sister and I do and we fully appreciate the service she has had over the last few weeks.
Thank you so much for providing a review of our care services to your mother. It's our pleasure to help and support your mother and especially so in these challenging times. With very best wishes.
Having always lived a reasonably independent life I realised when given my diagnosis I would at some point need carers. When this happened I was very apprehensive about strangers coming into my home. As it happened I was impressed by the professionalism and care given by the Radfield Home Care carers. They treated me with respect and always maintained my dignity. My fears were groundless and I would not hesitate to recommend the carers that come to me.
Many thanks for taking the time to submit a review of the care services provided. We really appreciate your positive feedback and will share this with our care team. Best wishes.
The carers they send to my father-in-law are very kind, and it is usually the same ones, so he gets on well with them and trusts them. The invoices come on time and have always been correct, which makes payment very quick and all done online.
Thank you for taking the time to review our care services, it is much appreciated, we are very pleased that your father-in-law is happy with our care services. Best wishes.
They are absolutely amazing, and she is always singing their praises; she looks forward to them calling. It has made my life a lot less stressful knowing that my mum is well cared for, they have been absolutely fantastic, even now in these difficult times with the Covid-19 situation, and my mum is a very vulnerable person.
They have gone above and beyond to ensure her health is not to put at risk, and nothing is too much for them to do. They are no longer classed as the carers; they are now classed as an extended family - an absolutely amazing team; would recommend Radfield 110 %.
Thank you so much for your very kind and thoughtful review of our care services. We are really pleased that your mum is happy with our service. It's an absolute pleasure to support your mum and we are glad that we can provide additional reassurance and support in these difficult and challenging times that we are all facing. Many thanks and best wishes Jackie

We are very happy. Radfield Home Care have supported Mum and Dad with their personal care since August 2019 and have consistently provided an excellent service. Mum and Dad get comfort and reassurance from the friendly carers who whilst delivering a professional service also take the time to interact and help them within their own home.
Thank you for your very kind review, it is much appreciated. It is our pleasure to support your mum and dad and I am glad that they are happy with our service. Kind Regards Jackie
The manager and her team helped to care for my mother over the last months of her life. To start with, the arrangement was for companion visits but quickly expanded to include twice-daily visits at each end of the day. Throughout, I found Radfield easy to deal with and I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to provide whatever level of care was required. More importantly, my mother thought the service provided was really good, often saying she felt as if she had made some new friends.
Many thanks for your very kind review, it is very much appreciated. It was our pleasure to help support your mum, Kind Regards Jackie and Gemma
All very friendly and helpful carers, Mum is very satisfied with the service Radfield Home Care provides.
Thank you so much for your very kind review, it is much appreciated. It is our pleasure to support your mum and we are pleased your mum is happy with our service.
(My husband is in his 100th year of living). Without this company - Radfield Home Care we would be unable to survive. The carers are a unique group of human beings. Their managers have the ability to employ only the best ones. My husband is treated with respect, caring and cheerfulness needed in coping with Alzheimer's disease and myself with support and feeling to still being able to carry on coping. THANK YOU ALL!
Many thanks for your lovely review, we appreciate it very much and will share it with all of our staff. It is our pleasure to provide support and help to you and your husband.
All the staff have been wonderful with mam. She never wanted carers but now she sees them all as her friends. It's a great relief knowing she is well cared for and also enjoys their company.
Thank you so much for your very kind review - we are pleased you and your mum are happy with our service. Kind Regards Jackie & Gemma.
Staff are always on time. They are always appropriately dressed in their Radfield uniform. They always wear appropriate protective clothing, such as gloves and aprons and dispose of them before leaving. I always feel like I've been treated with dignity and respect.
Thank you for your very kind review. It is much appreciated. Kind Regards Jackie & Gemma.
The management is very proactive and keeps me informed when needed. When I request changes to the care plan, they are happy to oblige.

I would be honoured if any of your ladies were my daughter. They are so willing, friendly and caring.

We live in the local area and our office in Ossett is central to the communities we will be supporting and caring for. Our children, both at school in Ossett, are our inspiration for undertaking this new venture, and we look forward to establishing our business within our local community, and being a positive role model for them.”
