We, as a family, are happy with most of the care our lovely Mum receives from TLC Homecare. We do, however, have a few issues. We feel that there are certain times when extra clients are added that the staff are rushing to cover the area needed. We also feel that the new staff are not trained enough. There is no way that computer training is sufficient. We feel the last few new members we have had are unsure and safety has been a bit concerning, when rolling my mum. New starters need the support of your long-standing staff to get hands-on experience.
