During January I fell ill with two serious chest infections, The Care Worker Agency kept in close contact with me, helped reassess and re-appraise my care package and helped me have this extended and increased which has directly affected my quality of life. I am home again, feeling a lot better and still under the watchful eye of the agency. Very impressive.

My nan had a short term care package following a stay in hospital. Staff team are highly trained knowledgeable and just great. Good understanding of supporting my nan always polite caring and empathetic. Would highly recommend the team at the care worker agency.
