I thought i would leave a review as this company has no reviews at this time. My general experience with this company was quite poor. I have discovered that quite often the in place care plan was not followed, such as failing to test the care call button which should have been done once a month. or certain carers not carrying out their job properly, although some were fine. Upon an incident involving a carer however this company totally failed in its response. There was no contact from them at all, there were not interested in answering my concerns around my vulnerable mother and totally failed in their safeguarding roll. They have since failed to answer any requests and have completely ignored me. I would not advise anyone to use this company due to its failings in care and safeguarding, and would not want anyone else to experience what i have with they vulnerable loved one.
