I would highly recommend this care provider. I’ve been using Continuity Of Care for over two years. When I first came on board with this company, it was the company owner that came out to start doing my care. She delivered my care for the first two weeks and then slowly introduced other carers to me. This helped me immensely as this was the first time I had received care in my home and I was very anxious. Since then, I have built up a good relationship with the company. They are always on time and professional and very good at communicating with me.
Thank you very much for taking time out of your day to write such a lovely review. I still remember very clearly asking if you were nervous when I first came to support you and you advised that you hadn’t slept. Since then we have become very good friends and I enjoy every visit. It’s really...
This company has provided 24/7 care for the last two and a half years via NHS CHC. The patient lives in her own home and suffers from very complex physical, communication and mental health needs. They have trained, built and maintained a team of 10 staff in very challenging circumstances. Throughout they have provided a reliable and totally person-centred approach and have, without doubt, enabled her continuing progress towards recovery. Staff are kind, positive, caring and professional. The owner is strongly committed to providing continuity of care and to developing and tailoring support to meet this patient’s very individual needs. In my experience with a number of other care companies, they are exceptional. I would strongly recommend exploring how they might be able to help. If they can, then you are very lucky.

We are very sorry that you feel it necessary to post this review. In particular a personal comment about myself which is simply not correct. We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional and compassionate care and we receive hugely positive feedback from our service users and their families. Our...
