I first came to know about Greenleaves through the local gurudwara, they were advertised on their notice board. I rang the owner and had a long conversation with them. Must say, she knew exactly where I was coming from, this followed a meeting with herself and me. I was so impressed with what they offered, I wanted to go ahead straight away. To be honest, this is a blessing for our Indian community, it caters for all our needs. I wish them all the best.

Very good service from the Greenleaves Homepage Services. Caring staff are polite and deal with continuous changes with my son's care. My son has very challenging behaviour and needs full personal care, severe learning disabilities and nonverbal, carers do try their best to provide assistance and support to him.

I honestly can't praise Greenleaves Homecare services enough. Our mum came out of hospital and was bed-bound and required home care. We realised our 91-year-old dad just couldn't cope. Contacted Greenleaves at 1 pm and arranged to meet at Mum and Dad's by 3 pm, very quick response, and a care plan starting the following day was set up to include complete hygiene needs and anything else that was required. A carer was chosen by personality to bond with both Mum and Dad. Mum is not easy (dementia) having been a very independent lady, the carer helped defuse any situation which Dad appreciated and felt supported. A 'chat' group was set up by Greenleaves and any requests and info we had were acted on immediately with lots of advice by Greenleaves any time of the day we received a reply, brilliant service. Our experience with Greenleaves was excellent, 5 stars in helping to make a very difficult time a lot easier and we would not hesitate to refer them to anybody requiring homecare and peace of mind. Thank you so much for all your help and your team of carers for your hard work and ever ending sympathy in looking after Dad, nothing was too much trouble. It enabled us as a family to keep Dad in his own home for a long time so he didn’t need to live in a care home which he would have hated. It was so much pleasure working with Greenleaves, it is the best experience I have had working with a care company and I have worked with a few. Your personal / professional touch was a great comfort to me as I found the last few years caring for Dad sometimes extremely stressful.

Our family are very happy with the care my 90 year old dad has received from Greenleaves which has enabled him to continue living independently in his own home. He has two visits a day, seven days a week and there is a 24 hour emergency helpline which is very reassuring both for my dad and family. The carers are very kind and professional going out of their way to ensure he is well looked after. The management are also very communicative, dealing promptly with any requests or queries. I would have no hesitation in recommending Greenleaves to others.

Greenleaves carers provide a good level of care for my husband. They talk to him about what they are doing and offer him support. They usually attend on time and Greenleaves will advise me if there are likely to be any significant delays. Carers are always polite and ensure that the property is securely locked up when they leave.

Greenleaves provided great care for my terminally ill father through the last months of his life. The situation was quite difficult as my mother had recently passed away, and my father's diagnosis was difficult for him to come to terms with. They provided daily care at various times during the day, taking great care and comfort to my father, who was very active in his life but needed constant care. Dignity and professionalism were provided with constant updates for family members to support where required.

It was a relief to find Greenleaves to look after our mum. We couldn't be happier. The whole team are fabulous and provides Mum with the best care, and they are all so lovely. We highly recommend Greenleaves.

As a family, we are very happy with the service we receive. The team take care to engage with Mum and work with her when she is stubborn. They communicate clearly with us and are happy to help in any way that is possible for them to give the best support and care.

Great provider for my nanna who has dementia but still lives at home. They keep us updated in regards to her welfare when we can’t be there and all the staff are really friendly. Thank you for all your help.

Communication has been particularly good - any queries or requests answered promptly via a dedicated WhatsApp Group between Greenleaves and family members.

We've been really impressed with the care and professionalism of the team at Greenleaves during a difficult period for the family as our dad transitioned from hospital to home care. In particular, we have really appreciated the high level of communication and advice available around the clock. We have felt comforted and reassured by the respect and dignity afforded to our mum and dad.

My mum has a carer via Greenleaves Homecare Services Ltd. Mum was sceptical at first but the carer reassured mum very quickly and they formed a lovely bond. Whilst the carer did a wonderful job, mum decided that due to the severity of her disabilities she'd be better off with twenty four seven care and chose to move to a care home. Had mum stayed in her own house, I know for a fact that the carer would still be looking after mum in her fantastic way. I have to shout out to another carer as well, this lady is compassionate, organised, thorough and I'd absolutely recommend Greenleaves Homecare Services Ltd to anyone needing care in their home. Their fees are incredibly reasonable too!

It's great to have the same regular carers, who are familiar with the client and used to her ways, and usually know how to deal with any problems. I feel continuity is very important to anyone suffering with dementia/Alzheimer's.

Greenleaves Homecare provided personal care for my mum who was bedbound at the time. One of the things that really impressed me was how the carers involved dad in mum's care. He used to like helping them by fetching and carrying and this allowed him to feel useful and still have some control. The carers were brilliant, they were so compassionate and caring towards both mum and dad. Even though I worked full time, I did my best to help my parents and the fact that the carers were so good was a weight off my shoulders. The managers were very good too and were always available to speak to at any time for help and advice. In a nutshell, I would highly recommend Greenleaves because they provide good patient-centered care and are compassionate, kind, empathetic and very caring. Mum and dad loved the carers and always looked forward to their visits. Unfortunately mum passed away last December but I will be forever grateful for the care that was given to them both. Thank you so much!

My Father was very well cared for. Greenleaves Homecare Services Ltd listened carefully to my Father's needs and chose an appropriate Carer for my Dad who was caring, gentle and empathetic. He put my Dad at ease and was kind and accommodating.

Greenleaves agency is excellent - care staff are highly efficient, polite, good timekeepers, and relate well to the people they care for.
