Greenleaves Homecare Services is a domiciliary care agency providing support for children and adults. The focus is on care and support with personalised and person centred care plans. The aim is to match personalities in order to provide a more holistic, friendly and unique service. With over 30 years experience of providing care and support in the community, Greenleaves Homecare delivers a high level of care to meet the individual needs of the service users and their families, who are an integral part of the process.

The team undertake an free initial and culturally appropriate assessment before agreeing to take on a package of care, to ensure the service provided has the flexibility to respond to ever-changing needs. Staff recruitment is focused on making sure that care workers are recruited from a diverse and experienced background in order to achieve this.

Personalised care plans will ensure that you can remain in your own home, retaining your independence. Whether you need you need 24 hour live-in care or a number of calls during the week, Greenleaves Homecare Services will provide support with a carefully chosen and matched carer/s who communicates regularly with you and your family. Greenleaves Homecare Services is open 7 days a week with a 24 hour helpline and a dedicated team, to help you to talk through all your options.

Mum is happy with all the carers and they go above and beyond what they are required to do. Management are on the ball, and communication is brilliant. Totally trustworthy and happy to have my mum's care in their hands.
