The service provided by the company gave a great insight. They were caring and showed reassurance. We had a set schedule of my mum's needs drawn up for the carers ie to shower/wash, bedding, giving food, medication, household chores etc.
As she cannot speak English, there was a barrier but when we signed up with this agency the managers/team leader spoke Indian Punjabi. This was a bonus for us as my mum could relate to the carers. I would recommend to anyone, great service and would use again. They also give good advice to move forward with. Well done Greenleaves Homecare Services.
