The GoodOaks Home carers who visited my house to attend my wife's needs were kind, attentive and compassionate. They carried out their duties with care and devotion. They always left the areas where they were attending my wife clean and tidy. I have nothing but praise for these ladies.

I and my family have been well supported by all the staff at Goodoaks to ensure my Dad gets the care he needs. The carers are all very caring , respectful and kind. The management team are responsive and flexible. They have been so supportive at a very difficult time for my Dad and have helped me to feel that he is being cared for when I cannot be there.

Everyone was so helpful, kind, flexible and very professional. Dad was treated with patience and respect, and we were given so much help to navigate the system, which was new to all of us. Thank you!

Good Oaks New Forest came into our lives at a time when I had already tried so many care providers in our area. None of them seemed to truly understand or meet my son's complex needs, until Good Oaks.They provide exceptional care for my son, who is disabled and has profound learning disabilities. The staff are not only well-trained and professional but they are also kind, patient and genuinely care for his wellbeing. Communication is always excellent and I feel fully involved and informed at every step.What makes Good Oaks stand out is their holistic approach.There's a lovely sense of teamwork and understanding among the staff and any concerns are always addressed promptly and thoughtfully.I am deeply grateful to Good Oaks New Forest for the quality of care they provide and the compassion they show every single day. The Quality of Care from GoodOaks has been excellent. We were nervous at first, having a Live-In-Carer for our Mum but due to their kindness and empathy for her situation, she has developed a strong and trusting friendship with them. They provide her not only with the physical support she needs but also support her emotionally, during the difficult times. They are genuine lovely people who really go above and beyond to care for our Mum. A special "Thank You" goes to them !

The rotas are well populated and I have been kept informed at all stages of the transition process.

My father is receiving visits from Good Oaks and I have been super impressed by the level of service. He is happy with the care he is receiving as they are going above and beyond including supporting him with tasks such as setting up his blood pressure machine. I live a long distance away from my father, but the team at Good Oaks having been keeping me updated about everything and will call or email if anything happens or I need to know anything. I am really happy with the excellent care they are providing and the level of communication with me.

I am quite satisfied with the service my husband is provided with. The carers are very helpful and supportive.

The office staff have acted quickly to any queries I may have and are a pleasure to deal with.

I needed a reliable early morning service and these providers have done this for me consistently. The carers are pleasant, well-trained, efficient and tidy. The administrative staff are helpful and supportive, going out of their way to arrange extra visits when required. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We wanted a reliable care company to help our mum, mainly with meal preparation, and have used the services of GoodOaks for almost three years now. As a client who has severe MND, and has been with Good Oaks for over two years, I have always found the carers to be excellent, they are kind, caring, patient, and flexible. If I have an appointment, the carer will accompany and support me. Personally, I feel safe and secure in my own home, which is very important to my well-being.

My family were made aware of GoodOaks through a neighbour and since mid-January, their friendly, professional team of carers have been visiting my mum 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Visit days and times are tailored to suit her and the days and duration of each visit can be easily changed. Prices are very reasonable. Help ranges from simply making her a cup of tea and sitting down for a friendly chat to tasks like ironing, hoovering, changing the bed, washing up, cleaning windows, getting her accustomed to using her newly acquired walker and popping out to the local shop to buy milk and bread. They even provide an app where the rota for future visits is shown and carer visit notes can be easily and securely accessed by us. Notes include monitoring her health and well-being and changes in medication that they need to be aware of. As none of the family live locally, it is very reassuring to know she is in good hands. Can't recommend them enough!

GoodOaks Homecare (New Forest) were recommended to me through social services to help me look after my wife following a stroke, Covid and neurological problems she has. The carers come twice a day to get my wife up and dressed in the morning and later ready for bed in the evening. All the carers have a nursing background and are very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Timekeeping is excellent and they always notify me if they are delayed. The office staff are well organised and approachable for any changes required to be made to schedule. I have no hesitation in recommending GoodOaks Homecare (New Forest).
