GoodOaks Homecare (New Forest) is both a Domiciliary Care and Complex Care provider who offer high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

With Domiciliary Care, a range of services are offered to help you to remain independent, keeping you safe and comfortable in your own home by providing quality visiting homecare and live-in care. Assistance is provided with day to day tasks to help you remain living independently at home. Due to the rigorous training programme and wide network of care professionals, everything from regular homecare support to more specialist support such as dementia care, stroke care or palliative care are offered.

With Complex Care, a special kind of healthcare and support are offered to people who have chronic or long-term health problems and need extra assistance with their symptoms and daily tasks. It involves a nurse-led care and multi-disciplinary approach that focuses on the individual’s needs, goals, and preferences. It requires a higher level of medical intervention, and complex medical treatments like administering medication or managing specific health conditions. This is a more specialised healthcare task and support for individuals with complex medical needs.

The Quality of Care from GoodOaks has been excellent. We were nervous at first, having a Live-In-Carer for our Mum but due to their kindness and empathy for her situation, she has developed a strong and trusting friendship with them. They provide her not only with the physical support she needs but
also support her emotionally, during the difficult times. They are genuine lovely people who really go above and beyond to care for our Mum. A special "Thank You" goes to them !

My father is receiving visits from Good Oaks and I have been super impressed by the level of service. He is happy with the care he is receiving as they are going above and beyond including supporting him with tasks such as setting up his blood pressure machine. I live a long distance away from my father,
but the team at Good Oaks having been keeping me updated about everything and will call or email if anything happens or I need to know anything. I am really happy with the excellent care they are providing and the level of communication with me.

My parents have had daily visits from the care team for a few months now. Without exception, the carers have been very good at what they do. They show my parents kindness and respect. Both my parents enjoy their visits and have lovely things to say about the carers.
The office staff have acted quickly

I have to find the words to describe how pleased I am to be cared for by Good Oaks.
My first experience was to request a carer to provide assistance at 6.30 in the morning to take me to hospital. This was not a problem. I was so grateful!
Since then I have constantly had the assistance I've needed
with always a smile, always punctual and in my experience have never had such a caring wonderful group of carers. Thank you.

We wanted a reliable care company to help our mum, mainly with meal preparation, and have used the services of GoodOaks for almost three years now. In all that time, GoodOaks has never missed a single visit, so have never let us down! Not only that, the timekeeping of their visits has always been extremely

My family were made aware of GoodOaks through a neighbour and since mid-January, their friendly, professional team of carers have been visiting my mum 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Visit days and times are tailored to suit her and the days and duration of each visit can be easily changed.
Prices are very reasonable. Help ranges from simply making her a cup of tea and sitting down for a friendly chat to tasks like ironing, hoovering, changing the bed, washing up, cleaning windows, getting her accustomed to using her newly acquired walker and popping out to the local shop to buy milk and bread. They even provide an app where the rota for future visits is shown and carer visit notes can be easily and securely accessed by us. Notes include monitoring her health and well-being and changes in medication that they need to be aware of. As none of the family live locally, it is very reassuring to know she is in good hands. Can't recommend them enough!

GoodOaks Homecare (New Forest) were recommended to me through social services to help me look after my wife following a stroke, Covid and neurological problems she has. The carers come twice a day to get my wife up and dressed in the morning and later ready for bed in the evening. All the carers have
a nursing background and are very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Timekeeping is excellent and they always notify me if they are delayed. The office staff are well organised and approachable for any changes required to be made to schedule. I have no hesitation in recommending GoodOaks Homecare (New Forest).

GoodOaks have been supplying care services to my parents for the last 14 months and I can honestly say they have been amazing. We were fortunate in that they were able to set up the care package very quickly and the carers I have met in that time have been very kind, considerate and utterly trustworthy.
The
office management team have been great too in carrying out regular visits alongside the care teams, proactive suggestions to improve the care package along the way and have been very reactive on the odd occasion where I've needed to contact them.
I would have no hesitancy in recommending the GoodOaks team to anyone looking for care in the Barton on Sea/ New Milton area.

Care has now been in place for several months for my 105-year-old elderly Aunt who is some distance away from us. Comforting to know that GoodOaks will call if there is an issue and has supported us in finding relevant providers when specialist care (eg chiropodist) was required and we are not familiar
with the area.
We believe that she is reassured that her carers are now quite known to her which is important as she is now quite frail and hard of hearing but continues to be very independent and determined to stay in her own place as long as she can.
We do feel that we can rely on GoodOaks to give the required personal care and support and the patience that must be required at times.

My father was taken ill on a Friday evening, GoodOaks Homecare called 111 and then an ambulance was arranged to come. The carer stayed with my father for several extra hours. This then gave time for me to travel down and have peace of mind that my father was not left alone. I am happy with the care
that GoodOaks provides for my father.

The staff that looked after and cared for my father did a first-class job. All of them took time to ensure his welfare was looked after. GoodOaks were very responsive to any request I made and helped out all of the time. I was impressed that they were able to change rotas to suit my father's needs.

During an emergency need of night care for our mother after moving her from her house to her sister's home and then on to another sister, Good Oaks was contacted. Our appointment with the care coordinator was immediate, and care was arranged for nighttime backup to aid myself and my sister.
She arranged
to pull in team members - I can only say wow! The most amazing carers, sweet, genuine, kind and compassionate - a big difference to the previous care in the Southampton area. My sister and I would not hesitate to recommend the team. Exceptional - all going above and beyond - One carer even arrived 30 minutes early - unpaid - to get to know us and left 30 mins late - unpaid to say her goodbyes and discuss the night's events.
Simply amazing - thank you, each of you - you all have a place in our hearts.
