Steady Care has looked after me since November 2024, when I had a fall. I was receiving 2 carers 4x times daily now I get a carer once in the morning, and I am independent again. I can go out on my own; they have a very excellent bunch of carers who are all good. I can't praise them enough I am back
on my feet, all thanks to the care I have received.

I have had Steady Care Services from June 2021. Steady Care looks after my son who is wheelchair bound. They have very good carers and very reliable and the office staff communicate very well. My life has been eased and I can rely on the carers even when I am not home, I know they will look after my
son. Very happy with their services.

I have a live-in care worker she is very good and caring and all carers who have been to relieve have been very good to me and I can recommend Steady Care Services to use them as I have managed to stay in my home very comfortably all

As far as I see , my brother receives excellent care and I am very happy and grateful to all concerned. I have peace of mind that he is getting the best treatment possible even though he can be aggressive at times .

In mum's words - All very kind.
In my experience, everyone is pleasant, empathetic and invariably patient. They always get greet mum cheerily, no matter which visit. Always polite, uses her name and always says goodbye in a cheery way too. It's very apparent that they understand Mum's predicament
and do everything to help. They are a pleasure to deal with and reassuring to know they are there.

I can't Thank you all enough for the care and support you gave us all as a family, you looked after our relative beautifully and our main carer became part of the family over this year, was totally amazing with our relative, also kept us informed and advised us on help with our relative's care.
So
kind and caring and we will miss her terribly now as she really has become part of our life at what has been a really difficult year.
Thank you all so much, totally recommend your company.

My mother received care and support from Steady Care Services ever since she fractured her hip and lost her mobility. She received invaluable care from them for a period of 18 months until her recent death. During this time she was never once let down by the service they provided. They never missed
a visit and if they were running late they always contacted her and myself to let us know. When she became completely bedbound they looked after her every need with a smile on their face and often went the extra mile if they thought it necessary. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They made my mother as comfortable and as happy as she could be and she valued them as her friends. Whenever I visited they were interested in hearing about our family and we shared some stories! I cannot rate them highly enough and am so grateful for their services - without them my mother would not have been able to stay in her own home, which she loved.

I am very happy with the care given to my disabled mother over the last few years. Wherever possible mum has the same carers visit. She has difficulty communicating so it is important that they are aware of her needs and I feel confident that she is being well cared for with compassion and understanding.
The office is in regular contact with me and will also contact the GP or district nurse when necessary. On occasions when mum has pressed her personal alarm and a family member has been unable to attend then Steady Care have stepped up and gone round promptly to check on her. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend.

Overall very happy with carers, sometimes lack of communication between them. However mum seems happy sometimes having a little moan about them but not always understanding they are there to help. She gets very confused with their names.

I was so pleased with the care that my brother received from your company during his final weeks.
My brother had both male and female staff who looked after him and I felt that they all gave him respect.
I had complete trust in them, and I knew that he would be well cared for if I wasn't there.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I receive from Steady Care. My main carers are excellent and I am handled with extreme care and treated with respect at all times. On occasions when the main carers are not available, other carers have not been quite as thorough. On infrequent occasions, carers
have been more than half an hour late, and I would appreciate a call to advise me of the situation.

Honestly can't thank Steady Care Services enough for all their help and support with our mother who usually doesn't accept outside help well but these lovely carers are so kind and chat with her and always do their best for her. Thank you, you're absolute Angels for us.
