My grandmother is being cared for by Steady Care, with really challenging conditions, but the carers are kind and patient and treat her with dignity. The management has been so helpful and on top of issues with my grandmother's worsening health. I feel she is in safe hands with them.

Management regularly rings me to keep me informed of any issues and to check on how she is doing. They have enabled her to stay in her own home for several years, which is what she has always requested. Without Steady Care, it would not be possible, and she would have to go into a home.

Steady Care has been amazing. The carers are lovely and make sure she is safe, and any small jobs they have time to fit into their 30mins slot are no trouble at all. The office always contacts me, "daughter", if they will be delayed or a cover would be put in place if allocated carers are not in.

I'm extremely impressed with Steady Care. They ensured that my mum had the same carers attending, so they got to know her requirements, and Mum felt comfortable with them. The kitchen was kept immaculate, and they washed up and wiped the surfaces before leaving. We've had other care agencies, but I must say, I'd rate Steady Care at the top of the list.

One area to develop might be for management to consider a time electronic check-in system.

Steady Care Services has been caring for my mother for nearly two months since her discharge from the hospital. Every single one of the carers we have had has been kind, attentive and caring, and everyone has treated Mum like a full, real person -- they all listen to her and take her wishes into account. The personal care is excellent and is all carried out without any loss of dignity. The unfailing good humour of all the carers has made this difficult time so much easier for Mum and for all of us. So many thanks to everyone who has come to help her -- and particular thanks to the dream team, whose care and attention are impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Steady Care to anyone in need. We have not had a single problem, and the flexibility shown when we have had to request an earlier visit or cancel a visit has been really helpful. Many thanks to you all.

Steady Care provides an excellent service. The service is well organised, efficient and reliable. Every member of staff I have met or spoken to have been extremely professional, caring and understanding. They have always immediately contacted me about any concerns they have had and have always acted promptly and appropriately to any queries or concerns I have had. The care given has been of a high standard and a caring and trusting relationship has been established. I would recommend this service without hesitation.
