I've been having carers for almost 4 years now and the care provided is above and beyond. Very friendly and kind. Treats you with respect and dignity. It's like having a friend pop in to make sure you're OK. I feel safe and my children also feel safe and like all the carers too.

SNE are a wonderful, caring company. Mum is enjoying having all the friendly, happy staff take care of her and supporting her daily. As a family we could not be happier that SNE have stepped in the provide valuable support to keep mum in her home. I am happy with the service. All carers are good. The carer was compassionate, professional, and always went above and beyond to ensure my husband's comfort and wellbeing. They showed genuine kindness and respect, making my husband feel valued and supported.

The carer is fantastic. She has built a really good bond with my son. She has learnt how he communicates, and knows his wants and needs. My son has built a bond strong enough for him to be able to trust his carer with all his care needs, even allowing her to bath him.

I have been there on few occasions when carers attended my mams all appear very professional friendly and kind. My mam seems happy with everyone who has attended the property. All are very prompt and the notes are kept as true to form.

Just wanted to show my appreciation for my daughter's carer she always arrives on time she's, always happy and cheerful. I feel confident leaving my daughter in her care. I'm very grateful for the last overnight care she provided, she covered this call on her own and managed it although I think it was wrong of the company to not have shared the call between two carers.

My son goes to a day centre and has a one to one , he has a couple of staff from SNE, they are both friendly, helpful and efficient and most of all he has built up a lovely relationship with them, and each day he attends he looks forward to seeing them

We have had quite a number of SNE Carers over almost 2 years, and all have been very respectful, polite, and treated my husband and me with dignity and warm friendship. This is in addition of course to the excellent care and attention they give my husband, the main cluent. My husband and I enjoy their company, and I feel confident that my husband is in good hands on the occasions when a Carer sits with him when I have free-time. Also, the office staff are always very helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending SNE and their staff.

The manager that I have spoken to has gone above and beyond to help me at a time that as many people will understand is very daunting trying to navigate a system that we are not familiar with, well done keep up the good work.

Dad is very happy with his carers. They are very respectful and kind and caring and he enjoys their company. They help encourage him to eat even when he doesn't feel like eating and explain how important it is to eat more often.

My experience with SNE Care has been wonderful. I have been with this company since July 2022. The management has always addressed my concerns timeously. The carers are always on time and they have treated me with dignity. The carers communicate very well and I highly recommend SNE Care Services.

Lovely and friendly and happy staff, also considerate and very patient towards my granddad, they are willing to help where needed, also feel that I can leave my grandad and go to work knowing he's in good hands.

SNE Care is a very caring company, all the carers are superb and they above and beyond to ensure I have the best care.

Over the last 15 years, we have used other care companies but we can honestly say that since we started to use SNE approximately 9 months ago we have had no problems and that they are definitely the best we have used.

I can only select one month to review so I have selected August. Your staff are required to go into a work placement 2 days a week with my disabled son and be his carer for the day helping in all tasks and personal care. Reports back are good and my son is happy to go in with your staff. Outside of August, I have had two all-day cancellations and although if you do not have the appropriately trained staff then that is the most sensible option, it does however highlight that you need more staff trained in supporting my son which I was told by the office that you would do.

We have had excellent care, some of the carers going over and above duties. Found mots of carers very polite and caring nature. Most of them have a conversation with us. Very pleased.

I have been receiving good service from SNE staff. All the carers that come here are all excellent. They offer companionship which is important to me, I have the opportunity to socialize with different carers who come on a daily basis. They are so caring and kind to me.
