All staff are verry good at what they do could not aske for better always on time and nice to get on with some times a bit late at night time call but i am not going any were i am sorry i am not to good at this never have been.

This peace of mind is priceless.

Staff are amazing and so caring and compassionate with me, I don't know where I would be without them.

I wouldn't want any other girls looking after me, than those that I have. I am blessed and lucky xx

The care provided is usually of a good standard a few of the staff may struggle with English but are improving in their English language skills on a whole the staff are pleasant mad willing to help the office staff are always willing to listen and help sort things if any problems arise

SNE started looking after our elderly mother a couple of weeks ago after a bad experience with a different care company, and they have been absolutely fantastic. Every staff member has been kind to my mother and treat her with dignity and respect. My mother is really happy with the carers as well.

I couldn't have continued caring for my parents at home without the help of the carers. Their wish was to remain at home & with the dedication & kindness of the team my Dad was able to pass at home last year in the room he was born in 93 years ago & my mother continues to be cared for at home, as is her wish. Thank you to you all, you maybe don't realise how much I appreciate your support.

The staff l've met seem to be polite and engaging towards my parents, and the care of their needs.

Changing the time for the morning visit was frustrating, because it's as though it wasn't taken serious enough. It was only when the NHS lady phoned about my mam's care package it ended up getting changed.

Overall the service seems good, and my parents seem chilled to have the carers around.

Our experience with SNE has been brilliant. The service and the staff are superb. They go that extra mile to help and support in the best way they can. Overall a fantastic organisation who take care of people's needs. We are very grateful and appreciate everything that they do. Thank you.

I've been having carers for almost 4 years now and the care provided is above and beyond. Very friendly and kind. Treats you with respect and dignity. It's like having a friend pop in to make sure you're OK. I feel safe and my children also feel safe and like all the carers too.

I am happy with the service. All carers are good. The carer was compassionate, professional, and always went above and beyond to ensure my husband's comfort and wellbeing. They showed genuine kindness and respect, making my husband feel valued and supported.

The carer is fantastic. She has built a really good bond with my son. She has learnt how he communicates, and knows his wants and needs. My son has built a bond strong enough for him to be able to trust his carer with all his care needs, even allowing her to bath him.

I have been there on few occasions when carers attended my mams all appear very professional friendly and kind. My mam seems happy with everyone who has attended the property. All are very prompt and the notes are kept as true to form.

Just wanted to show my appreciation for my daughter's carer she always arrives on time she's, always happy and cheerful. I feel confident leaving my daughter in her care. I'm very grateful for the last overnight care she provided, she covered this call on her own and managed it although I think it was wrong of the company to not have shared the call between two carers.

My son goes to a day centre and has a one to one , he has a couple of staff from SNE, they are both friendly, helpful and efficient and most of all he has built up a lovely relationship with them, and each day he attends he looks forward to seeing them

We have had quite a number of SNE Carers over almost 2 years, and all have been very respectful, polite, and treated my husband and me with dignity and warm friendship. This is in addition of course to the excellent care and attention they give my husband, the main cluent. My husband and I enjoy their company, and I feel confident that my husband is in good hands on the occasions when a Carer sits with him when I have free-time. Also, the office staff are always very helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending SNE and their staff.

The manager that I have spoken to has gone above and beyond to help me at a time that as many people will understand is very daunting trying to navigate a system that we are not familiar with, well done keep up the good work.

Dad is very happy with his carers. They are very respectful and kind and caring and he enjoys their company. They help encourage him to eat even when he doesn't feel like eating and explain how important it is to eat more often.
