The carers are very diligent in their provision of care.
Caring and professional staff always on time and reliable. Staff are experienced and knowledgeable they are respectful towards the whole family and deliver an amazing service. They go above and beyond what has been asked of them.
Thank you for the feedback it is much appreciated.
Always willing to go over and beyond.
The manager is always accessible and does her utmost to provide the care we need.
Despite the price of this, I would highly recommend.
A company who care about the client and cared for and go out of their way to support them, keeping the client informed of any changes to calls or visits. Carers keep clients happy with chat and entertained and go out of their way to support both the carer and cared for.
Well satisfied with service provided. It is unfortunate that you do not have more staff due to shortages, but it is nice to see those who come regularly and can't thank them enough. If any complaints, then they would be reported immediately.
I would recommend SNE to anyone in my position. The staff are lovely, caring and professional; they will do all they can to help you and always ensure they do it with dignity and respect. I would not go to anyone else; I love SNE and the staff here.
The managers and owner lie to cover each other, they have a totally unprofessional relationship in that the owner babysits for the manager.
Even attending meetings with clients leaving his daughter and her son in his car, and not answering the on-call phone as they are at family parties.
The company is not run for the clients, it's as if they pay the clients for using their service.
It's time the local authority stopped giving this company packages. Definitely not recommended as a care company.
The carers are badly let down by the management team in the main the owner and manager.
We will not be deterred by this review but will continue to ensure we give the best service to our clients each day.
I will always be grateful to the carers that came to look after mum and SNE for making my life and my mother's life so much easier. I could not have coped without them.

Meet the Team (5)
With over 20 years of experience in care and the determination to work my way up the career ladder from care assistant to co-ordinator to my current position as Registered Manager. Through hard work and determination, I have widened the horizon of SNE to offer one of my personal passions to deliver clinical care. I have a train-the-trainer qualification in clinical care & have completed my NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social care. I am always looking forward to seeing what challenge I can take on.
Since starting my first care job at the age of 18, I knew that it was a great passion of mine, giving back to others gave me a great sense of fulfilment. Over the years I have worked out in the community and care homes, I quickly realised that caring for individuals in their own homes was where I wanted to be and was much more person-centred. I started working at SNE Care services in 2016 as a Senior Care Assistant and progressed to Operations Manager and then on to my current role as Registered Manager, something I am very proud of. I take great pride in making SNE Care the best and have great determination and ambition to continually improve and develop SNE Care. I am also a qualified trainer in Moving & Handling, Dementia Care & Medication Management. I can 100% say with a big smile on my face that every day I wake up and cannot wait to come to work and see what the day brings.
Hello, My name is Sharon-Louise and I have worked for SNE care since it opened in 2015.
I currently work in the office, I am also the in-house trainer and NAPPI UK trainer. I enjoy meeting new staff and aiding them in progressing through SNE and other ventures they wish to pursue.
I started my career in care at the age of 16 with SNE Care Services. I was given the opportunity to progress within the company to team leader and then senior carer. With determination and hard work, I plan to progress even further within the company to the senior management level. I am currently completing my NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care and am always looking at new ventures I can take on to improve my knowledge in the care sector.
I started SNE Care after leaving school at the age of 16 as an office apprentice I then progressed being a care assistant at the age of 17 then later progressed to a senior care assistant at the age of 19 from this I have gained 30+ training qualifications including train the trainer safeguarding and my NVQ 3. I plan to progress onto my NVQ 5 and eventually gain further knowledge in my role.
