My mother has been with Heritage Health care in Swansea for over two months and she is receiving fantastic care with really professional carers and very friendly service. The manager of the Swansea branch is very nice and so easy to talk to if you need her. I would definitely recommend Heritage Health

Having a modest and very independent husband - I managed his very ill condition 24hrs a day for months. Following his discharge from hospital, I was forced to accept help from carers. Covid 19 prevented me from my family help.
Heritage Healthcare was angels in disguise. They cheer my husband and lift
his spirits treating him with courtesy and gentleness. They are clean and tidy and respectful. Thank you.

After a rocky start and not being happy with the standard of care he was having due to timing and thins not being done properly. I have noticed a big difference in the last couple of weeks and happy with everything so far, especially five particular members of staff.

I am very pleased with my care since coming home from the hospital. The carers re all caring, pleasnat and helpful and are more than welcome in my home and I look forward to their visits. My wife and I like to go out every day and sometimes in the evening or weekends and it is no problem cancelling
the carer's visits if necessary.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the care provider.
The staff are very friendly and efficient.
The staff make a really good effort at making my husband feel comfortable with them.
