The care that my mum received was excellent. She had the same carer throughout who was kind, understanding and really did the job well. The app was also really helpful with keeping up with what was happening on a visit by visit basis. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent, trusted care for elderly relatives with complex needs. My dad was likely autistic, hated visitors, was very stubborn and racist. His health went rapidly downhill after we lost mum but I live 200 miles away and he wanted nothing to change. I needed a carer to do his basic housework, get him up at 10.30, take him out for lunch and afternoon tea, make dinner then take him to the pub, staying with him until bedtime at 1.30am! Michael Rgis Care was the only care agency to even reply to my request. The staff were not put off, put me at ease and clearly understood the needs of autistic clients. He wanted to do the weeks himself to gain my dad's trust. Dad's carer lost a lot of his own family time for dad's schedule but always did it with a smile on his face. He was kind, caring and gently persuasive when needed. Dad died 10 days later but got to do things his way until the end. Similar price to other agencies but he goes well beyond the call of duty. I will always be grateful for his care.

We are very pleased with the support Dad receives and he is extremely comfortable with the carer, he enjoys his company, appreciates what he does for him and trusts him.

Could not recommend Michael more. His care of my father during his last few months and during Covid-19 was exceptional. He was more of a friend than a carer. He was respectful and friendly at all times and very aware of my dad's needs, even managing to convince him to eat and drink when we couldn't. They used to laugh and joke around with each other and he was always willing to listen when dad had a story to tell. Despite obviously being busy his visits never seemed to be rushed and he was very flexible on what was required and when it was required. Such a lovely person and we would highly recommend him.

The care the company has provided over the last six months or so has been a great help to my family. They have provided a consistently high level of service up to three times a day which at times can be very challenging. A very dedicated team.

Micheal Regis Care Ltd was an amazing carer he cared for my mum with full attentiveness from start till the end. They were also a great supporter for me and my sisters. The care was amazing, so caring and thorough, some days the carer was the only person my mum would speak to, she also found him a great support and very easy to talk too and eased her. Thank you for your care towards my mother.

I was so impressed with the care I received for my mum it was outstanding. I had been assigned your care company for end of life care for my mum, which was four times a day. Until that point, I had been a full-time carer for my mum who had lived with us for four years with dementia and Parkinson's. The last couple of weeks with your help gave me time to spend with her and be her daughter, to talk to her and to remember with her. Even though she was not able to communicate, it was lovely. I felt as though a weight had been lifted and I was able to be her daughter again. When Mum passed, you came in and took over the sorting out of everything which was a huge relief as we could not get anyone to come out due to Covid 19. I would recommend your company to anyone, as the service we received was above the job description and a lot more.

The chief carer and administrator was absolutely brilliant in every respect, he was hardworking, sensitive, reliable, and extremely caring. My wife who had a terminal illness and died during their care thought he was lovely as all our family. I could not recommend him or his team highly enough.

Very satisfied with service and I have no complaints. The carer is very thorough and efficient with a very positive attitude and always very pleasant.

We had two carers that helped and they were, gentle, kind, considerate and understood our needs. Arrived at the times they said and were extremely pleasant. Our needs were met and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely young ladies. Made life easier and our friend looked forward to them coming. Sadly, we lost him but they helped us through that too. Great service for which we were very grateful. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Hopefully not too soon though!

I would highly recommend this agency. They provide an outstanding level of care, they are very reliable, punctual and always go extra miles to provide care for my children and my family in general, since I have been with them they never let me down.
