May I thank you and your team for the care you provided for my father in his time of need. I was pleased to see so many of your team at his funeral and I was able to personally thank them both there and at the reception. Please ensure that your staff appreciate what a vital job it is that they are performing. It may not be particularly glamorous to sit with, wash, clean, administer medicines etc for elderly people, but what they do is give those people and my Dad in particular dignity, and allow them to have someone to interact with and in Dad's case, to live another two years in his own home. Your staff gave my Dad a better quality of life than he would have had if he was removed from the comfort of his own home and for that, I am sure my Dad was, and I am extremely grateful.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care, compassion and assistance Dad has received from the fantastic and friendly team at Greenwood. I feel like I’m sharing the care of Dad with another family member who cares as much for Dad as I do. Nothing is too much trouble and they go to great lengths to help Dad in every way they can, getting in touch with the right agencies when required and looking out for his needs. I am so so glad we found Greenwood. We came to them in a crisis situation in December and they acted so very quickly to get things in place. Thank you so very much for all you and the team do!

Greenwood Homecare I have been with for five months. The staff and management are very good; they judge their clients accordingly and treat and respect them. They help the clients and me with their care, patience and consideration. They help by shopping when I am unable. Good timekeepers. The lady carers have personality and character. The management does all in their way to help the carer ladies. I'm very happy with them.

The care I get is the best care service, I am very grateful to the staff. The staff are not carers but family.

Greenwood Homecare, Grantham branch, provided twice daily visits to provide meals and social contact/support to my mother-in-law. The carers were all fantastic - they were kind, proactive, caring and she enjoyed and benefitted from the visits immensely. The communication between staff and with me was excellent as was the office support. I would definitely recommend this group of carers.

At a time of despair, Greenwood offered the exact service needed and continue to be absolutely brilliant. The team is understanding, professional and flexible in their approach also innovative and considerate to specific needs. The home care and office genuinely care, not only for my dependant but for me too. Greenwood have a unique person-centred approach and the whole team have become friends, companions and an emotional lifeline and most importantly made a huge difference in our lives. My dependant looks forward to each visit and neither of us would want to carry on without their support. He is much improved after their visits. They are truly amazing.

The management team and carers are all first-class. They are so kind and helpful and also turn up on time and also they love dogs like our black labrador. Also, they are very chatty and so I give them over 200 points for caring for me and also I am disabled.

I would definitely recommend this company as the carers are amazing and lovely. The management is fantastic, and any problems are sorted straight away. Best care company I have ever had.

As a family, we have been treated with respect and sensitivity. The manager took time to allocate an excellent carer to match my mother’s needs. They have formed a great relationship. We feel we receive a personal service at all times.

This facility looked after my bed-ridden 98-year-old mother. From the initial interview to the visiting carers, everything was professional, but also friendly and understanding. Ten out of ten all round. Highly recommended.

The cost of live-in care is very similar to care in a residential home but with the advantage of 1 to 1 care. Who wouldn’t want this level of care for themselves or their loved one?
