I have been impressed with this service in terms of the reliablity of the six or more carers who look after my husband, two have been our 'dream team'. They have shown kindness, and consideration and given encouragement to my husband who was beginning to get depressed with his disability. Thank you for all your help.
Thank you so much for taking the time to do this review. We are happy to hear we have been able to help and support. Our carers enjoy visiting your husband.
I have been having carers looking after me for five months now following a fall and breaking my hip. And the carers I have had during that time have been wonderful and made it possible for me to stay in my own home. I am now 92 and I look forward to seeing the carers every day.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. It is a pleasure to be able to help you remain at home and lovely to hear such fantastic feedback about the carers.
Very efficient service and professional, friendly staff. Sometimes difficult to keep track of which carer is coming and at what time. Would be nice to have the same times each day, so that I can plan my day around them accordingly. Telephone link to management, always available and helpful. Would certainly recommend Eaton Bespoke to others.
Thank you for your lovely feedback about our service. It has been a difficult period for the team and l am sorry if the times were not consistent each day, this is something we will strive to improve. We are pleased to hear that your experience has been positive and appreciate all of your kind comments about our team.
All my 4 carers are extremely good although sometimes the company organisation is not so good. However, this has improved. Phone contact from carers is now also better.
Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased that you feel the organisation has improved. We have recently had our office team out supporting in the field, delivering care calls to try and prevent any distribution to care, l am sorry that this has had an impact on the level of service we usually provide. I will ensure that we share your lovely feedback with your regular carers.
The care provided was professional, competent and essential to meeting my needs daily. I was encouraged by the carers to gain my confidence doing essential tasks, eg walking. The carers met my personal needs whilst showing me and made me feel comfortable whilst communicating very efficiently with me! An excellent 6-weeks NHS service from a well-organised care company.
Thank you for your lovely review. We very much appreciate your kind words and will pass these on to the team.
Very satisfied with the carer. She was very helpful.
Thank you for your kind review; l will pass your comments onto the care worker.
Care staff have made a huge difference to my mother since receiving care from Eaton over the last year. The manager and the office team from the outset have ensured that we are kept informed of my mothers wellbeing. The care that has been provided by the care workers has helped my mother regain her confidence again. Nothing is too much trouble and the care staff are so interested in my mum when they visit. We often need to make changes to the visits and the Eaton team are always really helpful. I would highly recommend this service.
Thank you so much for your wonderful words about Eaton Homecare. It is our pleasure to care for your Mum, and like you, we are so delighted to see her so happy and well. We shall share your comments with our brilliant team, who are looking after her, so they know how much you appreciate everything they are doing.
I saw lots of different carers, men and ladies, all of whom were extremely difficult. They oversaw my exercises when requested and were totally friendly and helpful. Because each one was so interesting to talk to, I looked forward to their visits. The carers routinely asked about needing to issue pills etc but this was covered by my wife.
Thank you for your kind words. I will be delighted to pass on your comments to our staff team, who are hard-working and dedicated to giving the best possible standard of care.
Excellent staff. Sensitive to my needs. Cheerful and positive attitude. Your major asset is your staff.
Thank you, we always appreciate individuals taking the time to give their feedback and we are very pleased to hear that your experience is so positive. All of our team are committed to providing the best possible care experience for all of our clients and it is very rewarding to have their efforts recognised.
All carers are fully aware of my mother's requirements.
Thank you for your review - it means a lot to us. I am very glad we've been able to help. We will definitely pass your feedback on to the carers as well.
My mother has received good care for her needs twice a day these last few weeks since coming out of hospital.
We are delighted with this feedback and appreciate you taking the time to provide such positive comments. We will ensure that the team see this. Thank you!
We have struck lucky with the main carer who visits our 92-year-old Mum most mornings. She is mature, gentle and kind. Has common sense. We trust her. It is easy to communicate with Eaton Bespoke; they listen, respond and adapt. Recently a manager has visited us to quickly put in place procedures so Mum can, for instance, be taken out for a walk to the shop, fab! Previously had a different care company, but we were never sure who was coming - different person each time. Eaton Bespoke is far more consistent.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. We hugely appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that your mother is well supported by our carers.
Generally, service by carers is very good. Communication via the office regarding lateness or even a summary of carer's name and time of visit would have been beneficial.
Thank you so much for your review. We're glad to hear that you are happy with the service provided by the carers. We will pass on your comments back to the NHS who commissioned your short term care.
Our family has never required carers before so we are unable to compare your company with other providers. From our experience so far my mother has been treated with dignity and carers have been helpful and patient throughout her care.
We would like to thank you for taking the time to complete this review of our services, I will pass your feedback to the team.
11.00 - 11.30 is not acceptable and has been a continuing problem.
Thank you for your review, l have looked at the system and can see that over the last 3 months 92% of lunch calls have been delivered at 11:30 in line with your requested time. I am sorry that on 7 occasions within the last 84 lunch visits the call was delivered within 15 mins earlier of the...
A lot of time and attention to detail was put into the care package for Mum to ensure that it covered all of her needs.
Every member of staff within the company has been very polite and easy to deal with, from our very first meeting to arrange care, right through to the daily care team.
The daily care team are always very thorough and caring towards Mum and we are always notified of any concerns they may have.
We feel that Eaton Bespoke is very willing to work with us regarding any changes required to the plan, to ensure the package is always correct for Mum.
We are very happy with the service we receive from Eaton Bespoke and have already recommended them to a friend also looking for a care provider.
Thank you for your review - it means a lot to us. I am very glad we've been able to help. We will definitely pass your feedback on to the carers as well.
Those attending my mum, (who was skeptical of care, from what she had heard through the grapevine) have been caring, professional, punctual and delightful. It has been an eye-opener for us. (Mum is 88 years old had a broken femur.)
Thank you for your review and I am glad she has come round to our visits. We will pass on your feedback to our care team as well.
The staff are very helpful, always cheerful and friendly. I trust them to look after my husband well.
Thank you very much for this recommendation and your kind words. It is a great pleasure to provide care for your husband, and I am so pleased that you have found our service to be so reassuring.
All the staff have been very caring, considerate and patient when aiding my husband who has Parkinson's. They have been very understanding with the issues we have faced since he left hospital and have done everything possible to help improve our position.
Thank you very much for your very kind words, it really is appreciated. It has been a pleasure to care for your husband.
All the carers, male and female, have been caring, efficient, respectful, honest and patient, without exception. We're so grateful to you all for helping him recover from his fall and with our bereavement in June 2020. All the carers are assertive and safety conscious so he's been safe with carers and they've advised him on what's safe for him to do using the health professionals' knowledge and advice. They're patient with his chatter and he's cheered up by them and their encouragements. Thank you so much from both of us. Best wishes.
Thank you for your kind comments which are much appreciated. We will make sure this is passed on to the care team.
