Generally satisfactory. Different carers have their own ways of working. More consistency in carrying out the tasks would be helpful for the client.
Thank you for your review. We are always looking to improve and maintain the highest standards of care for our clients.
Every staff member has been polite, helpful and treats me with dignity. I never expected to have to use this service but after my car crash, it has been a necessary service which we are very grateful to have. If we or anyone we know would need this in the future we would highly recommend them. Thank you it has been a relief in the current situation especially with covid.
Thank you for your kind review, we are delighted that we have been able to support you.
Very friendly and efficient.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review, it has been our pleasure to care for your husband. We will ensure your kind words are passed onto our team.
Sadly a catalogue of errors, including carers leaving earlier than their paid time, carers not being trained to deal with the specific needs of my father, poor hygiene protocol, rudeness, one carer tutting throughout their shift, one carer attending 1.5 hours late for morning appointment causing great anxiety to both my father and mother, carelessness, promises from Management never fulfilled. After 2.5 months Management finally realised that there was no care plan in place! But by far the worst offence was the evening carer leaving the front door to my parents' home wide open after the evening shift at 9pm. It was by sheer chance that my mother noticed. It's unthinkable what could have resulted from my mother not noticing - burglary to the property and/or harm to my parents. This was the final straw, having had cause to complain to the management on an almost weekly basis. There were two excellent carers, the others were just mediocre or poor.
We are very disappointed to read your review. The care of our clients is of paramount importance to us and is at the forefront of everything we do. We have completed thorough investigations into your claims, many of which we have responded to previously. In conclusion, we have not found evidence...
Unfortunately, I didn’t get that message until much later.
In the meantime, I got a surprise telephone call from a completely new care provider, stating that they were taking over my care from that evening, namely 29th September.
It’s a total disgrace to treat people like that - absolutely no proper notice - and no handover!
What shabby despicable treatment, that I will now report to the CQC.
It turns out that a subsidiary gave “Notice” to NHS (who also didn’t notify me of the notice).
I have not been given any explanation for this sudden change.
I find it astonishing that any care organisations can get away with treating clients in this way.
I am sorry that you had this experience with our NHS funded division. Following the recent discussions between our Director and yourself, l trust you are now reassured that we did not and would never provide immediate notice on support provided to our clients. We have investigated and spoken to...
Our carers are fantastic, they’re knowledgable, caring and all experienced. Our carers also do our cleaning and our shopping and we feel like it’s completely tailored to our needs. I would recommend Eaton bespoke to anyone.
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this review and for your kind words. It has been a pleasure and we look forward to a continued working relationship.
The care I receive from Eaton Bespoke is fantastic, the staff are friendly and the office are always very helpful when I call. My regular carer is great and always arrives with a smile on her face which is lovely.
Thank you for the kind words. It always means a huge amount to our carers and office staff to receive feedback.
Very satisfied.
Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear that you are very satisfied with the service.
Eaton Bespoke was fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided for my uncle, he struggles with his mental capacity, and I was really concerned about how the carers would manage as he can be quite difficult, but they were faultless. If you are looking for high-quality care, I would definitely recommend them.
Many thanks for your kind review. It has been a pleasure to provide care to your uncle. Your appreciation of our service is a testament that we try to deliver a consistently high standard of care.
The care that my mother is receiving is excellent, highly trained carers, great communication with the office and everyone just goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble and I can’t recommend them enough.
It is fantastic to hear that your mothers care is going well. Please don't hesitate to contact the office should you having any questions. The team always thrive to provide outstanding care.
I couldn’t recommend this company enough, all of the carers were so friendly and caring. My dad had Parkinson’s and the carers were knowledgable about his condition, they took their time in the calls and nothing was too much trouble. We had a detailed care plan in place that the whole family was involved in creating and it really felt like a bespoke service, I am so grateful.
Thank you for leaving such a wonderful review. We will be sure to pass your comments on to the team, it is a pleasure to provide care to your dad.
Not always dealt with politely on the telephone.
Carers have a poor attitude and don’t see the person in my poor elderly mother. They are too rough, unresponsive and, frankly, uncaring.
Regarding the constant change in management, during the unprecedented times we are...
Treated me with dignity.
Thank you for your kind review, it is lovely to hear about the good work the carers are doing.
On-time when I was told they would arrive.
Sorted me out whatever I asked.
Very kind and considerate.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review, we really appreciate your feedback and l will pass this onto the team.
