I've found Hand to Hand very professional, caring, reliable and understanding in helping me with support for my wife who has Alzheimer's/Dementia. The carer's that we've used are 1st class, the scheduling is very good and that helps me with my planning for meals, getting my wife up in the morning and bedtime care. Mum being on her own for long periods of time without any family support locally for the small things she now finds harder, putting the tele on, taking her pills throughout the day etc was becoming a big concern for us. Hand to Hand care have not only made us feel more at ease knowing these things were being addressed but also the fact Mum now has really good people going to her on a daily basis who look after her and give her the company and social environment she's been missing. They really have lifted her spirits and they go above and beyond to encourage her to get involved in social activities they organise. Having used a few care agencies we found Hand to Hand Care one of the best. Carers are always very pleasant and on time, who always provide outstanding care. The management team are very caring and efficient. Very happy with the service.

Staff are caring and insightful. They take time to ensure Mum hears them, and they show genuine interest in her which she appreciates, as well as providing excellent one to one nursing care. As a family we feel very supported by Hand to Hand Care.

Hand To Hand Care are one of the best care agencies I have used. Not only do they provide excellent care, they help me with my exercise and are keen for me to improve. They provide care and enablement.

Carers very friendly take great care with client to make sure is happy and comfortable. They make time to interact with client and liaise with me regarding any concerns they may have e.g constipation worries or skin problems. Attendance times can be inconsistent but staff easy to make contact with should there be a problem.

We have been using Hand to Hand Care for over two years now and cannot fault their service. They are always professional, friendly and helpful. Always available to lend extra help and advice when required; would highly recommend!
