My carers are always polite and pleasant. It's the first time I have had carers so I have no other service to compare them to but they always treat me with respect and are very thoughtful to my needs. They always treat me with kindness, goodwill and are very professional in what they do. I sincerely appreciate the service that my carers provide for me, they are not just my carers but I regard them as my friends. Very well done and very kind regards to my carers, and for Premier Community for proving me with your lovely service.

Highly impressed by the responsivity of the management of Premier Community. We have a fiercely independent 97-year-old Godmother who is quite challenging, in that she is finding it difficult to accept that she needs support, and no longer has the ability to give reliable answers to relatively straightforward questions. The manager has been superb and doesn't just listen to information about our Godmother and her current needs, but inputs those suggestions immediately so that the various carers can feel more confident that they can be effective. Also a valuable resource for answers about practical things, such as sweets which can assist elderly people who are at risk of becoming dehydrated. Very reassuring. Please thank the carers for all their hard work.

We have been very impressed by the care package which has been provided. The services they offer were far more than we originally expected and the care given has changed as Dad regained strength and his ability to self-care. It has been so reassuring to know that someone was calling in regularly through the day to ensure that he was safe and well and to provide him with food and drinks whilst he was unable to get these for himself. Originally they had to shower and dress him as well as prepare meals and prompt him to take his medication and do his physio exercises. As he regains the use of his broken arm they have been prepared to simply ensure that he has been able to manage these things himself. At times they must have wondered why they needed to call but simply having someone there to ask if he's ok and make him a hot drink is reassurance to us and so valuable to the family. The package of care has been free of charge to date but as a family, we would be more than happy to pay.

I have been very happy with all carers. They have been helpful and caring.
I have no complaints.

I have had many different carers each efficient nothing was missed and nothing was too much trouble. I would book this company again.

My father has been cared for by the Premier care team over the last two and a half years with increasing amounts of care being needed as he has become increasingly frail. He has always been treated with immense respect and dignity and always looked forward to the visits from his carers, particularly over the last year with the covid situation. They became his friends and did everything that was required and more.

Carers are all very pleasant and helpful. They treat my husband with dignity and care. My husband enjoys meeting and getting to know the carers, particularly during lockdown. Continuity of care is an issue at the moment and a bit of a worry due to Covid 19.

My father has been having three visits a day from Premier Care for the past year. He has found the carers, without exception, to be caring, willing, capable and professional. They are happy to do whatever is needed and carry out their duties with a smile. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for care for a family member.

The care team have been extremely good, we have had previous care teams and I can’t express how bad they were. When a member of staff contacted me and offered me a care package she delivered what she said. The carers are very professional turn up or contact me to warn me they will be late which is a major help to me, her daughter, knowing my mum is cared for. My mum finds the carers very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to see. Thank you to Premier Care.

My widowed mother is 90 years old and suffers from vascular dementia and continuing problems caused from previous fractures. Despite the varying 'mood swings' and difficulties in providing assistance to my mother, especially associated with a poor appetite, I have witnessed just how SUPERBLY all the Premier Care staff display a kind and caring attitude/aptitude along with empathy, not only in assisting my mother but in supporting me, a 71-year-old son (and a 'trying carer') recovering from a heart attack.
I think the contacted office staff at Mansfield for their due diligence and their continuing assistance since October 2019.
Premier Care deserves to be given worthy recognition and I again thank EVERY care/nursing individual who has assisted my mum and myself to date!

In a world where criticism is often voiced, it is good to reflect on the OUTSTANDING operation in these difficult times from all associated with Premier Care!

Our previous care team surrendered their support for mum, we got Premier Care, and I could not believe the difference in standard from one team to another. The girls that have supported Mum have been outstanding and could not believe the difference in standard. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are so good with Mum, and that is the most important thing. First-class service, personal care with a smile and laugh; thank you.

Overall care is good. Some more experienced staff is excellent. Poorer care, deskilling my Mum regarding using toilet noticeable, rather change pad than put on loo. Sister noticed a couple of times staff not washed hands after a bathroom visit. This was pointed out. Visit times can vary according to staff availability. Extra jobs done poorly like mixed washing, clothes, poor washing pots. Overall though, with good staff, Mum happy and we know she gets proper meals in a day. Would like to see review of care instructions more often.

The front line brilliant, couldn't wish for better. Office not good on call, keep swapping times and carers. Continually ask for the rota. Not yet received one since started with the company last year. They don't listen, fed up with getting 6.45 calls, especially on weekends when we could do with a lie in. Have asked for later calls on those days. Not happened.
