At Premier Community, we focus on providing competitive pricing while ensuring our staff are fairly compensated. This commitment to integrity is at the heart of our service.


Our hourly visiting care fees include travel costs to and from a fixed address, and any extra mileage incurred for appointments or shopping will be charged separately. It's also worthwhile noting that we currently charge an additional £1 per hour for unsociable hours like weekends and bank holidays.


Our weekly live-in care fees are based on one carer offering between 8 and 12 hours of care per day. For an additional fee, we can offer support from our visiting carers should your needs change or to help cover any overnight support outside of your usual package.

My father has been cared for by the Premier care team over the last two and a half years with increasing amounts of care being needed as he has become increasingly frail. He has always been treated with immense respect and dignity and always looked forward to the visits from his carers, particularly
over the last year with the covid situation. They became his friends and did everything that was required and more.

Carers are all very pleasant and helpful. They treat my husband with dignity and care. My husband enjoys meeting and getting to know the carers, particularly during lockdown. Continuity of care is an issue at the moment and a bit of a worry due to Covid 19.

My father has been having three visits a day from Premier Care for the past year. He has found the carers, without exception, to be caring, willing, capable and professional. They are happy to do whatever is needed and carry out their duties with a smile. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone

The care team have been extremely good, we have had previous care teams and I can’t express how bad they were. When a member of staff contacted me and offered me a care package she delivered what she said. The carers are very professional turn up or contact me to warn me they will be late which is a

My widowed mother is 90 years old and suffers from vascular dementia and continuing problems caused from previous fractures. Despite the varying 'mood swings' and difficulties in providing assistance to my mother, especially associated with a poor appetite, I have witnessed just how SUPERBLY all the
Premier Care staff display a kind and caring attitude/aptitude along with empathy, not only in assisting my mother but in supporting me, a 71-year-old son (and a 'trying carer') recovering from a heart attack.
I think the contacted office staff at Mansfield for their due diligence and their continuing assistance since October 2019.
Premier Care deserves to be given worthy recognition and I again thank EVERY care/nursing individual who has assisted my mum and myself to date!
In a world where criticism is often voiced, it is good to reflect on the OUTSTANDING operation in these difficult times from all associated with Premier Care!

Thanks to the wonderful care and support from all the staff at premier care my mum who has Alzheimer's is managing to live independently in her own home. Knowing that my mum is being treated with uttermost respect, dignity, kindness and empathy is very reassuring to myself and my sisters. The staff

Our previous care team surrendered their support for mum, we got Premier Care, and I could not believe the difference in standard from one team to another. The girls that have supported Mum have been outstanding and could not believe the difference in standard. Nothing is too much trouble, and they

Overall care is good. Some more experienced staff is excellent. Poorer care, deskilling my Mum regarding using toilet noticeable, rather change pad than put on loo. Sister noticed a couple of times staff not washed hands after a bathroom visit. This was pointed out. Visit times can vary according to
staff availability. Extra jobs done poorly like mixed washing, clothes, poor washing pots. Overall though, with good staff, Mum happy and we know she gets proper meals in a day. Would like to see review of care instructions more often.

The front line brilliant, couldn't wish for better. Office not good on call, keep swapping times and carers. Continually ask for the rota. Not yet received one since started with the company last year. They don't listen, fed up with getting 6.45 calls, especially on weekends when we could do with a

Regular carers are brilliant generally. Turnover of staff is far too frequent. Complaints and requests are not always adhered to. Dignity is everything so when you get lots of different staff coming to do personal care, it is undignified. Some staff read notes and give 100%. Others are clock watching
and do as little as possible. The attitude of some carers is not very caring. Rush, Rush, Rush, playing catch up as overstretched.

My son has been "blue lined" but carers repeatedly turn up early, but mostly late. Complaints have been made and it is OK for a short while, then they are regularly late again and again. This is very poor service and must be sorted out. Now I am logging times for a complaint letter to be sent to the

My husband is 90 years old with Alzheimer's, which he has had for ten and a half years. So I expect his carers to know how to cope with him. Unfortunately, for some reason, we do not get regular carers so we get people who are inexperienced, which is not good enough.
I have complained but this falls
on deaf ears, nobody wants to know. I am not well myself so this is also causing me a lot of stress to the point where I have to put him in respite.
We need regular carers who are experienced in dealing with my husband, not some flipper machivets.

My mother has been using your company since March 2019. One visit in a morning. Breakfast time care. Timing of visits terrible. Some mornings Mum was eating breakfast as lunchtime was nearly upon us! So late. More 'Brunch' time than breakfast. Some carers lack 'basic' commonsense. Things that are so
obvious! Until I had a good chat with the manager service was not great. Timing seems better since the chat. Let's hope it remains this way.
