At Premier Community, we focus on providing competitive pricing while ensuring our staff are fairly compensated. This commitment to integrity is at the heart of our service.


Our hourly visiting care fees include travel costs to and from a fixed address, and any extra mileage incurred for appointments or shopping will be charged separately. It's also worthwhile noting that we currently charge an additional £1 per hour for unsociable hours like weekends and bank holidays.


Our weekly live-in care fees are based on one carer offering between 8 and 12 hours of care per day. For an additional fee, we can offer support from our visiting carers should your needs change or to help cover any overnight support outside of your usual package.

If I have a constant carer then there is no problem but to keep changing carers is a real pain. Keep having to tell them what you need and have them stand around and watch you struggle is really not on.
To have a time-sensitive call and that is not happening.

I am awaiting on urgent reviews to be arranged by the senior operations manager and my social worker. I do have some serious issues with some staff and procedures of which they are both aware of. However, I have my dream team of carers, who's work is excellent and the office has been made aware also.
I would recommend this team of carers of the month.

I have nothing but praise for the carers of Premier Care. Their thoughtfulness, care and commitment have been excellent, making me feel safe and comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is considering care.

Premier Care have been coming to Mum four times a day for over a year now. The carers are excellent, friendly and reliable, treating Mum with dignity and respect. She seems happy and content with them. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

The carers are nice to me and helpful. I am not always happy about my shopping call because the carers don't always listen to me regarding what shopping I want, sometimes bringing more than I want (eg someone bought me some tea bags costing £10 which is too much). Also, they don't always take me to
the shops I want to visit. I don't always have the 2 hours for my shopping and I feel rushed.

From the outset, we have found the 8 care workers both very helpful and sympathetic to my needs. They are both kind and ready to meet my needs. They give me a thorough degree of help and need when they come. They provide sympathetic and thoroughly professional help on their visits. I would not hesitate
to recommend them to people like myself who need this type of help. They give me every confidence.
